Description of Work: McBrothers replaced the springs, pulleys and rollers on two garage doors. It was the first time I used them and chose them based on great Angie's List feedback. They returned my call promptly and showed up in the timeframe provided. They did a great job. Would definitely use them again. A++++ company.

Description of Work: replaced steel rollers with nylon, lubricated all moving parts and checked out all parts of the system. Provided an estimate for replacing motor, replacing keypads and other controllers and overhauling the system overall.

They're we're a little slow setting up an appointment time once we agreed on services but we weren't in a rush. Overall great service at a reasonable price.

Description of Work: The service person checked out all of the parts on our old garage door and installed new rollers so the door would operate more smoothly. He also aligned the door so it now closes completely.

Description of Work: They did the tune up service of one door that I purchased through Angie's List. They also at my request sold me three remote controls. Two for my cars and one mounted for the door. They did a great job and programmed all the remotes with no issues. Tuneup was done quickly and efficiently. I would use again.

Description of Work: Did an adjustment of the garage door. The tech was late, had called saying he was caught in traffic but when he got there, in conversation, made a comment about staying out late on a work night! Not a good start, however, he did know his business and got us fixed in about an hour or so. Other then the initial lie about his tardiness, I was satisfied with the service and price and would use them again and recommend them, as well.

Description of Work: I was thrilled with McBrothers service. The day that I purchased the big deal, I received a phone call from McBrothers to schedule the service. THEY CAME THE NEXT DAY! The service man came on time, fixed the problem and was incredibly nice and professional. My roller kept coming off the track. The service included replacing all the rollers and pins, greasing the track and pins. He even connected my garage door opener which had been disconnected since hurricane Sandy. I would highly recommend this company to anyone! I give them an A+.

Description of Work: my father in law's garage door spring and cable broke, I tried to fix it myself. after several trips to the local home store , hours on line "googleing" it, we still couldn't get the door to stay down all the way. turns out these things are a delicate balancing act. so when all diy efforts fail, I search Angies list. I found McBrothers Overhead Doors. Best part is they had a coupon. the deal they were offering was not exactly what we needed but paul said he would replace the springs and check the rest of the door operation for the $99, perfect. Guy can out the next day, replaced the springs, did everything else as promised, and made my father in law happy. score points for the son in law.
