Description of Work: I needed to have the board for my garage door replaced. The two individuals from McBrothers confirmed the problem, offered me an option and completed the work in the time they said. They explained everything they were doing and even pointed out a potential electrical problem recommending that we have an electrician look at it. I would definitely use McBrothers again and would recommend them to others.

I submitted a request to be contacted and had a return call the next day. Ryan came out a few days later to look at my old door and to give me options, including replacing one or two panels instead of the whole door. I chose a new door that included some insulation. | |The installation process went very well and the new door looks great. The team who installed the door did a great job and cleaned up after themselves. They also installed a new keypad for my old garage door opener. | |I'd highly recommend McBrothers Overhead Doors!

Description of Work: Repaired garage door but a month later it broke again. They acknowledged that they should have secured it better to the ceiling when they fixed it the first time so they repaired and did not charge for the second service call. It has been working well since.

Description of Work: Replaced and/or lubed all interior parts of the garage door, and tightened up the chain which improved the overall function of the door. The repairman was prompt, courteous, and efficient. | |There was some rot on the bottom panel, which was one of the reasons we purchased the Angie's Deal to begin with. The repairman took measurements and notes, and later the company provided us options to repair or replace the doors, which we appreciated. We are very satisfied with the work McBrothers did for our garage door.
