The two installers (Jewels and Amir) arrived on time. They were very professional and very personable. They answered any questions I had and did a thorough job of installing the new door. I no longer wake up my neighbors when I use the garage door. McBrothers is VERY competitively priced. I highly recommend McBrothers if you need a door replacement (or service).

After calling around quite a bit and gathering a few quotes, McBrothers was the best price. We are extremely impressed with the quality of work done. Ryan came to the house and was very informative about the types of doors and openers. We received a quote the same day. Chris the installer was just as great. The installation took a few hours and was top notch. We really love our new quiet garage door and opener.

The crew arrived on time the day of the installation. The installers were Jim and Chris. They did a great job removing and installing our new garage door. They were very professional in all aspects of the installation. They cleaned up and left our garage as clean as when they arrived. I recommend McBrothers 100%.

All was excellent from showroom visit to completion of installation. At the showroom all my questions and concerns were answered in detail. The office called several days in advance to confirm the date and time of job. The men arrived on time and started immediately. They were courteous and professional. Both Jim and Alex were very careful and exact and took as much time as necessary to complete each part of the installation. They answered all my questions and explained how and what they needed to do. After completion of installation they made adjustments so I felt comfortable operating the door. They cleaned up everything and put back all items that had to be removed for the installation. The door looks great, I'm very satisfied and would recommend them to family and friends.

The project went smoothly from start to finish. Ryan came to visit a few days after we called, listened to what we were looking for, provided us with detailed written quotes for each of the options we were considering. Answered all of our (many) questions as well - nicely and competently. McBrothers had the best price of the three companies we considered. Scheduling was a breeze. Before the door was installed, we needed to add an outlet in the garage for the opener. McBrothers directed us to an electrician, Joe, who did the job within a few days of our call. For the door itself, Chris #1 (the installer) arrived on time, installed our new door/opener in a few hours and then explained how everything worked. Chris #2 (the capping guy) came a few days later to add the new capping. The door looks great and works perfectly. Each of the people mentioned, (plus Pat in the McBrothers office) were friendly, pleasant, ever-ready to answer questions - and cleaned up quite nicely when finished. We are completely satisfied!

Happy to recommend McBrothers. Outstanding installers, good communication, and fair price. Had two Clopay Coachman style doors with new liftmaster openers. Salesman was very responsive and had good options to offer. Couldn't be happier. The crew of two guys who installed were super nice and professional. Made sure to program the keypads and our cars so they worked perfectly. Had an issue with one of the liftmaster units after about two weeks. Seemed like a minor sensor problem. No problem. They came right out and instead of fixing the sensor, they installed an entire new unit! Installer said "you paid good money for this project, we want to make sure this unit works right every time". Would highly recommend this company.

Great experience from start to finish. I called for an estimate to replace our old, flaking, ugly garage door and automatic opener. Ryan sent me an estimate that included several different options and price points. He explained all the options thoroughly and helped us find the right choice. The style, window and color options are limitless. The price was reasonable too. The installers showed up on time, were professional and respectful of the area around them. They left the area just as it had been before they started. We love our new garage door. It really finishes off the exterior so nicely. The opener is much smaller than the old one and so quiet it's barely audible. The external keypad is a nice feature for the kids to be able to take their bikes in and out without having to lift the door up. My vehicle came with a factory garage door transmitter and the guys programmed that to the new opener as well. I can't say enough about this company. It's clear that they care about their customers and take pride in what they do. I will be using them again for new doors at our automotive shop as well.

I purchased a garage door overhaul through Angie's list for $175. I called an made an appointment, and McBrothers was able to send technicians to provide the service 3 days later. The technicians arrived promptly at the appointed time, and did a great job servicing my door. It went from extremely noisy and "stuttering" when it opened and closed to operating smoothly and very quietly. The technicians walked me through everything they did, and gave me some guidance on future maintenance (they even left me a can of white grease to use when I lubricate the door, rollers, and cables). Spring replacement is part of the "overhaul" package, but they didn't have the correct size springs with them because doors the size of mine typically have tension springs, not cable springs - so mine are oversize. However, they told me that my springs are in great shape, and don't really need replacing anyway. When I contacted the company, they apologized for not being able to complete the service and refunded $50. Excellent service, fair and honest. Definitely recommend them.

Door cable broke. Called on 4/11/2016. Service was scheduled for 4/12/2016. Truck arrived precisely on time. Work was completed within an hour. Servicemen were very professional and courteous. I thought price was very reasonable.

Our garage door jammed halfway down. It wouldn't go up or down. He came out the same day even though it was almost 1pm when I called. He arrived around 5:30 pm. Unfortunately, there was a classic car that wouldn't start in the garage. In order to make sure he didn't damage the car in any way, he pushed the car out of the garage and then pushed it back in when he was done while I was giving my daughter a bath. The cables on both sides of the door uncoiled and jammed. He recoiled both cables, oiled everything and tuned it up. I would definitely use this company again.

They did a fair job of rehabbing the garage door. They replaced very few parts. I thought that they were going to replace the entire garage assembly with new parts. They straightened out one of the outer channels that had been bent. I thought that it really needed to be replaced. My wife complained that the door was not closing well and I exchanged garage bays with her. I use the bay that she used before she damaged the door and my wife uses my bay now.

Garage door hard worn pulleys as we have a heavier insulated door. The guys replaced all the parts in about 90 minutes. All good.

I initially used McBrothers to install garage opener on existing garage door and was very pleased with their installation/price. Since the garage is under my son's bedroom and it can get pretty cold in there during the winter, I called them up again to talk about upgrading the garage door to one with better insulation. They gave me a great price on a very nice garage door and had them install it. I was pleased again with the install - they even came out a couple days later to fix an issue at no cost. Would use them in the future - highly recommend....

I emailed them Sunday. Called Monday morning about 9:15 and they were out here and had the job done by noon. The price was great. Ryan was very nice and very knowledgeable and got the job done in a few minutes.

Mc Brothers were very professional. They were responsive when I called and punctual. They cleaned up very nicely when they were finished with the job.

Our old opener jammed up probably due to old age/ cold weather. I called McBrothers after finding them on Angie's list and they came out the next day. Jimmy explained my options very clearly and I decided to replace rather than repair and Jimmy was able to do that on the spot. He even programmed the car's internal remote to operate the new opener. I am a very happy customer and would recommend McBrothers for any garage door work. Jimmy was super pleasant to work with; a very nice guy.

They are really responsive and very reasonably priced. Definitely will call them anytime I need work on the garage doors.

They were great! A tech was here within hours. The job was performed in about 1 hours. Everyone we dealt with was polite, courteous, and professional. No mess, no fuss... They came, they saw, they fixed it. I would highly recommend them and will definitely call them if we experience any garage door problems!

Made a huge difference. He worked for quite a long time and reviewed all the activities. Additionally made recommendations that were practical and will need to be done in the next 6 months. As we suspected, we also learned that the bpth garage door openers will need to be replaced and we'll be having him back very soon to do that too.
