I am very pleased to endorse McBrothers as they responded to a jammed garage door. I kept the door operating for thirty years with piecemeal repairs. I expected them to tell me that I needed new everything, especially in light of a recent expose' regarding crooked garage door companies. They were excellent! They did NOT try to sell me a new door. What they did was replace all of the moving parts, readjusted everything and installed an additional brace on the door. This door has NEVER operated so smoothly and quietly. The estimator and the technicians were all polite & professional so you will be comfortable having them in your home. I found McBrothers on Angie's List and they were rated as a Super-Service Award winner and I agree.

Scheduled the appointment, company arrived on time and repaired the cable. They lubricated the opener system. It's been great since.

We were extremely pleased with the work done. They were extremely responsive and was able to fix our issue very timely. We didn't run into any issues with the vendor and would definitely recommend them.

McBrothers was a pleasure to deal with . Ryan was very responsive and took the time to explain everything in detail. The estimate was reasonable. The crew showed up on time and spent almost six hours doing all the work. They explained how to work and program the new opener. The door and opener have worked flawlessly. All-in-all I rate this an A+ service and would not hesitate to use or recoomend McBrothers in the future.

This is an outstanding contractor to do business with. I called on Friday afternoon and they sent a service technician later that day. The technician (Jimmy) was prompt, identified the problem, told me how much it would cost and how long it would take to fix. The job was finished as promised. The person that I spoke with on the phone and Jimmy were friendly and professional.

The crew arrived on time, removed the old openers and installed the new ones. They programmed the new remotes as well as the buttons in our cars. They removed all trash and demonstrated all functions of the new openers. All in all, a very nice job.

It went well. The guys they sent were really hard working, they stayed until the job was done. Very knowledgeable and friendly. The owner came out to solve the last problem. Their pricing was good. I would recommend them to anyone.

Workers showed up on time and as a result of work commitments, I had to leave my wife in charge. They were nice, professional, and made her comfortable.... I will use them again!

For two weeks I'd been having a problem with non responsiveness on my electric garage door. I checked Angie's list for deals, then checked the reviews and decided on McBrothers because of the A+ ratings. I chose them even though they didn't have any "deals". Somehow I knew that no matter what the outcome, what the price, I wouldn't be taken advantage of. But, my main concern was if this credible provider would come out all the way to Delaware County as they are in Bucks County. My message was emailed Sunday to McBrothers. Monday morning I got a call they'd be out the next morning and Jules was right on time. He was pleasant, professional and fixed the problem of my electric garage door's gears that went off track. He was here no more than 20 minutes. Would I use them again> Would I recommend them? In a heartbeat. Thanks, Angie's list.

Jimmy, the tech, was great. He called prior to appt, explained his approach to what he saw were the issues, was efficient, very knowledgeable and very pleasant. He fixed a motor wheel, readjusted the rollers - basically he totally repaired the entire mechanism. I couldn't have been more pleased with him. A quality person and employee.

I was expecting to have to buy new garage door openers... within minutes the technician diagnosed the problem in both openers. He quickly did the repair, inspected the doors, motors, springs, etc. and was on his way. Doors are working perfectly! I couldn't have been happier with the quality of the service, professionalism, and price.

Excellent. Ryan did a great job with reviewing the options, providing the estimate and arranging the install. Guys who came out to install the door were friendly and did a great job.

I am very impressed by the responsiveness, professionalism, and overall service of McBrothers. Pat sent a team over to assess the problem (a non responsive electric door) the same day I called. Friendly and competent, they spotted the issue immediately: a broken spring that would have to be replaced. They explained it had to be ordered, and estimated it would take 3-5 days before they would be able to install it. The guys spent considerable time that day (for no charge) trying to address the problem so that we could use the door for the next few days until the new part arrived. They even helped me set up a new keypad code for both doors (we had just moved in), and examined the entire system to make sure there weren't other problems. They reported there weren't any that they could see. They explained everything in detail, including the costs required for a new spring: $275. They didn't charge me a dime for the first visit; they said I could pay exactly $275 (no hidden costs) when it was installed-- which it was, about 3 business days later, just as they'd promised! (They called the day before to confirm it would be a convenient day/time.) Another team (two other very professional and friendly guys) came to install it, and did a very thorough job. They even gave me a tutorial about routine maintenance, and even cleaned and lubed other garage door parts as a general "tune up." I am extremely pleased and would most definitely recommend this company to anyone in need of garage door services.

From start to finish I was very happy with my experience with McBrother's overhead doors. Ryan stopped by promptly to provide a quote and samples. The garage door was installed within 2 weeks of placing the order. I was very happy with the two gentlemen that actually installed the door (we opted to keep our old garage door opener, and (free of charge) they made adjustments to the wiring which had made the door somewhat temperamental, we haven't had any issues with the opener since. I chose McBrothers based on Angie's list reviews and would not hesitate to recommend them to my family and friends! The door was of exceptional quality and I was very pleased with the installation!

We are tremendously happy with the services of this admirable company. One of the springs of our garage door had broken. Our 1932 home still had the original garage door and hardware. A prior (unnamed) company told us that they couldn't do anything for us. But McBrothers had no problem with this challenge. From Ryan, who estimated the job, to the two installers (whose names escape me as I write this), everyone was exceptionally friendly, competent and treated us like we were the most important customer they ever had. Everyone who came to the house was genuinely excited to see our vintage hardware and said they maintained a hardware museum at the company where it would be housed. We were not pressured at all to get a new door and were given all options including just replacing the spring. But we decided it was time for a new door that would provide a bit more insulation, Because the custom door would take about six weeks before delivery, McBrothers (Ryan) volunteered to install the new spring free of charge so we wouldn't be inconvenienced -- yes, that was a $300 job for free! When the door was ready, the installers worked long and hard to get it just right. They also repositioned and secured the "eyes" of our old garage door opener (gratis) which we decided not to replace and installed a new keypad which we had ordered and programmed a new remote which was a bit challenging. They were so delightful to work with and really looked out for our best interests in the installation choices. I cannot praise this company enough. It was a wonderful experience and we are very happy with our beautiful new garage door. I highly recommend them.

The guys from McBrothers that in came in contact with were all professional and pleasant. The 1st time they came out was for an estimate on a Sunday and they gave me many options, as we had just moved in our budget was small and they came up with a plan to save old door and repair it and add a new opener. We scheduled and date and they showed up when expected. The two guys that did the work were AWESOME!!! The job was no easy task to make an old beat up door work like new. They put in a few hours and went the extra mile to make sure the old door and new opener worked like it was supposed to. As it was and old door and not the best quality many things had to be changed on it but they did not charge me more fo upgrade the many parts needed, they stuck with their estimate which was a pleasant surprise. I would recommend McBrothers to anyone that needs overhead door work they were TOP NOTCH !!! Thanks Guys the door works BETTER then i thought it would get! A+++

Two technicians came to my house and temporarily repaired my broken garage door torsion spring so the garage door opener could function while we waited for new springs to be ordered. Nine days later two technicians came to my house and replaced both torsion springs, completing the project. Both sets of technicians were professional, courteous, and efficient.

Great work and service. I would definitely recommend them. Very professional and my garage door works perfectly.
