I felt I received an excellent service. Chris from Griffith Exteriors answered my phone call/request for service promptly. Gave me an appropriate timeframe and called to confirm service date/time. The work done was done well, no large mess after gutter cleaning. I would hire them again for future service and/or possible gutter replacement services.

Contractor answered when I called. (No message had to be left and returned!) Took my information and told me he would gladly accommodate the days I needed the cleaning done. (Work from home on certain days) Tolid me I would just receive a call from the technician when they would be arriving. Everything went according to plan. Very clean. I didn't see any signs that they were even here. No leaves or debris anywhere left on the ground.

I got the estimate within days by email in a well detailed statement. The work was done in a timely fashion. The finished repairs look great. The workmen were quick. They cleaned up completely. I am very happy with Griffith Exteriors!

We had a great experience with Griffith Exteriors. Kris arrived on time for the initial review of the project. He was extremely flexible with his schedule, allowing us to schedule the initial review on a Saturday morning to accomodate our hectic schedules. Kris was able to answer our questions thoroughly providing detailed explanations supporting his answers. Our biggest concern was deciding on whether to go with the ridge vent only or attic fan? We had several roofers provide estimates and he was the only one that provided a thorough explanation stating the pro's and con's of both and which one he recommended given the size of our roof. Kris provided a full detailed written estimate a few days later providing us with a couple of options. His prices were inline with our estimates we received even accounting for the upgraded material option. We were also able to use an Angie's list coupon for the roofing project. On the day of service, the crew arrived on time. When we returned from work the worksite was completely clean with no signs that a roofing crew was at the house. Kris was easily reachable throughout the entire process and was quick to respond.

During the construction of the sunroom it was discovered that the roof was leaking and that the plywood decking was rotten. We called Griffith Exteriors for a consultation. Kris came out the same day that I called. After looking over the problem he suggested that it would be possible to replace the roof over the sunroom without replacing the entire roof. He offered options to try to match the shingles on the remainder of the roof, to replace with "complementary" shingles, or to use a decorative metal roof. We were under some time pressure because of the new drywall ceiling installed in the sunroom and Kris did a great job of scheduling and completing the work promptly. He even offered to work on a Saturday with temperatures expected to be over 100 degrees. We took the chance and waited until Monday when it was cooler but did appreciate the offer. Great care was taken to protect our lawn and shrubs and the whole area was cleaned up when they finished. The new roof looks great! We will be pleased to use Griffith Exteriors in the future to replace the rest of the roof.

Kris was extremely responsive from my first call, coming out the same day to check out the roof in my new home and give me an estimate. He gave good and fair advice and worked with me to ensure that his proposal would satisfy the requirements of my HOA. Once the HOA approval came in, Kris and his team got the work done the very next day. They showed up on time in the morning, got to work and finished up around lunch time and cleaned up after themselves. Between Kris being ultra-responsive and his fair pricing, using Griffith Exteriors again would be a no-brainer.

Kris and his team were a pleasure to work with. He turned up on time for appointments and answered any questions or concerns I had and gave a comprehensive report on the condition of our roof and the problems with it. There was no hard sell and I had the option to carry out repairs or go for a new roof installation (he quoted for both). As the roof was about 20 yrs old we decided not to spend money on short term fixes and went for a new installation. We're glad we did-it looks great, there are no more leaks and it is guaranteed for the next 50 years! Kris & the team turned up on schedule cleared the perimeter of the property and proceeded to set up protection (tarps) around the property. The old roof was removed and a new one fitted within the day (they worked from 07.30am to 6.30pm) and they did a thorough clear-up and replaced the items they had moved earlier from around the perimeter. Overall, I found them to be very professional, they use quality materials and all this at a very competitive price and the $500 discount for Angie's List members was a nice touch.

It went exceptionally well. They were nice to deal with. Chris, the owner was wonderful. The crew was very professional. They cleaned up our property and made sure all the nails were picked up. We have been very pleased with the results so far and the roof is holding off all of the rain. The price was very reasonable as well. Overall, it was a great experience.

They were prompt and professional giving estimate and making recommendations. Work was completed on time and they did an excellent job. Contractor called me when questions arose on site. Pricing was competitive and well worth it for the level of service. Would use again.

I got three estimates for a complete replacement for my roof, which included removing the existing 2 layers on the older part, and one layer on the addition. Kris’s estimate was in the middle, but I decided to go with Griffith because he was so much more detailed in describing how the work would be done and the materials he would use. Kris was much more knowledgeable and consultative about the right ventilation for the older and newer parts of the house, and the differences in the deck liner materials that are available. His craftsmanship and GAF warranties were the best of the three. My decision came down to confidence that Kris knew what he was doing, and also simply trust that I was dealing with the owner and that he would stand by his work. The work itself proved that I made the right decision. Griffith was prompt, efficient, clean, and very professional. His crew was focused and they were respectful of my property during breaks. The roof looks wonderful, Kris made a follow up call with me to make sure everything was all right, and my neighbor across the street even came over to ask for their number because they were impressed by what they saw. I am very happy with Griffith’s work and recommend them highly.

Kris came the day after I called to give me an estimate. This was done at my convenience. The weather was terrible so they came the first clear day available. They did the work quickly and quietly. Invoiced me by email and followed up to see if I had experienced any problems. Kris was great

Chris was prompt, thorough, and responsive to all of our phone calls and questions. We had 3 estimates, and his prices were competitive. His company worked from the time they arrived, to the time they left. Clean-up at the end of the day was impeccable. The roof and gutters add to the curb-side appeal of the house. Chris was conscientous and professional, and we will definitely recommend him to others.

Griffith Exteriors was excellent to deal with. They were very professional to work with. Always was on time during any appointments to look at the job or to bring samples. Answered all questions and made me feel very comfortable that the job would be done right. Kris offered the best price up front and i never paid anything until the job was completed. The job that Kris did was beautiful. There were a few issues that did come up after and they were very quick to respond. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and answered my questions that those who have been in the business for years couldn't answer.

It was an excellent experience all around. The owner, Kris Griffith, is responsive, knowledgable, and professional. He was always available to answer my questions thoroughly and completely. I live in a town home community, and had to prepare a request for the town home association board. My request asked for approval for new shingles quite different than the original ones. Kris was very helpful in assisting me to prepare my presentation for the board, which granted the request. His crew was efficient, and did a thorough clean up job afterwards. Further, I found his price to be very reasonable, and it was far less than another estimate. One other thing. I had recently moved into my house when Kris came out to give me an estimate. When I had the house inspected before buying it, the inspector told me to get rid of the fire sheathing in the attic. Not only did Kris know all about it, but he told me about some township ordinances that required it be removed, and agreed with the inspector. Another roofer who came out to give me an estimate scoffed about it, and said that home inspectors tended to be alarmists.

They failed to return calls asking for an estimate. I am located very near the company.

The quote I got from Griffith Exteriors Company was reasonable to me. The person who came out was nice. He came out when he was supposed to. He was good. My overall experience was fine.

Called 3 contractors and Kris Griffeth called back right away. He came by to take a look within 1-2 days and had an estimate emailed to me right away. What impressed us was the professionalism yet family-style approach to business. He was very upfront and honest that it might be a while before they could do the repair because of their backlog. My issue wasn't pressing since additional leaking was unlikely without driving rain. Also, the type of repair required very dry conditons to be long-lasting. All of this was explained upfront. He even agreed to remove an old antenna from my roof (and didn't even charge me). The work appears to be high quality and I'd definitely use them again.

Called Kris in for an estimate and really liked his approach. Very easy to talk to and didn't feel like I was getting double speak. After meeting with 5 other contractors, decided to go with Kris because of price and his approach. Weather was a bit rainy, so delay in starting the project for a couple of days. The day he came, he was at the house early with his crew, did all the preliminary work of moving outside furniture out of the way as well as putting tarps over the house to prevent damage to shrubbery and windows. His crew worked hard all day, only taking a break for lunch. At the end of the day, everything was moved back where it belonged, as well as the grounds scanned for all debris and nails. The service call was prompt and efficient. He listenedto my description of the problem and readily repaired it.

Kris Griffith arrived a few minutes early on the day of the estimate. He was very friendly and knowledgable, and he emailed a quote the next day. He contacted me several days later, wanting to know if we had any questions and if we had made a decision yet. His price was the best of 4 estimates and he began work the week after we chose his company. His crew showed up around 7:00 a.m. Kris was there at the beginning of the day and was also there at the end. (He may have been there in between, but I was at work.) The job was completed in a day as promised and the crew did a great job of cleaning up.

He was friendly, he gave me his personal cell phone to call him on. He finished the whole job in one day. I've already referred my neighbor to him.

The crew did extremely good job within 3 days. Owner supervised the work regularly. He was receptive to our suggestions and provided his suggestions and solutions when warranted. His estimate of duration was quite accurate and cost estimate was competitive compared with other five contractors who provided the estimate. Almost all the time he responded promptly when called on. His crew cleaned up the place nicely after the job was completed.
