Called Kris in for an estimate and really liked his approach.  Very easy to talk to and didn't feel like I was getting double speak.  After meeting with 5 other contractors, decided to go with Kris because of price and his approach.   Weather was a bit rainy, so delay in starting the project for a couple of days.  The day he came, he was at the house early with his crew,  did all the preliminary work of moving outside furniture out of the way as well as putting tarps over the house to prevent damage to shrubbery and windows.  His crew worked hard all day, only taking a break for lunch.  At the end of the day, everything was moved back where it belonged, as well as the grounds scanned for all debris and nails.  An excellent job

The service call was prompt and efficient.  He listenedto my description of the problem and readily repaired it.

Kris Griffith arrived a few minutes early on the day of the estimate. He was very friendly and knowledgable, and he emailed a quote the next day. He contacted me several days later, wanting to know if we had any questions and if we had made a decision yet. His price was the best of 4 estimates and he began work the week after we chose his company. His crew showed up around 7:00 a.m. Kris was there at the beginning of the day and was also there at the end. (He may have been there in between, but I was at work.) The job was completed in a day as promised and the crew did a great job of cleaning up.

He was friendly, he gave me his personal cell phone to call him on. He finished the whole job in one day. I've already referred my neighbor to him.

The crew did extremely good job within 3 days. Owner supervised the work regularly. He was receptive to our suggestions and provided his suggestions and solutions when warranted. His estimate of duration was quite accurate and cost estimate was competitive compared with other five contractors who provided the estimate. Almost all the time he responded promptly when called on. His crew cleaned up the place nicely after the job was completed.
