We were very happy with the services provided. Tom arrived when he said he would and completed the work in about two hours. He was very friendly and professional. We will definitely continue to call Tom to help us with any plumbing issues in our house.

He was very good, and always on time. His price was very reasonable and he was very friendly and personable.

I really appreciated the homework Mr. Cooley did before showing up, his responsiveness, and his honesty about ultimately not being able to repair my high efficiency boiler. In his defense, it took two trips, a lot of head scratching and some luck by the factory trained repairman to figure out that it was actually an electrical problem to one of the sensors. I definitely recommend Cooley Plumbing and Heating and will use them for any further plumbing issues I may have.

Working with Cooley Plumbing was a positive experience. The two leaks were fixed in a timely manner, and the cost was very reasonable (can't say that for too many plumbers). I will definitely hire Cooley Plumbing again for future plumbing issues.

I used Cooley Plumbing because they could come out quickly, were willing to install a water heater that I bought on my own since it was much cheaper than having the installer bring the heater, and the installation quote was comparable to other estimates. Cooley Plumbing called on the day they were going to do the work to tell me they were going to be 15 mins late. They arrived and installed the water heater without issue. While installing the heater they noticed that my expansion tank also needed to be replaced and explained that the problem was usually the result of too high water pressure coming into the house. They didnt charge any additional labor to replace the expansion tank. The high pressure diagnosis was correct, but they weren't able to fix it that day. They did give me an estimate. I got a couple of other estimates and the Cooley estimate was comparable, so scheduled a date for Cooley to come back and install a pressure reducing valve. Again, they arrived on time and installed the valve with no issues. Both water heater and pressure valve are working fine 3 months later.

He was professional, clean, and very responsive and clearly honest. He even fixed my new faucet by simply removing and cleaning the screen of debris left by the original installer, at no charge!

They are great! They get here and are very cost effective. My town requires copper piping and they are able to accommodate. They are always on time, I receive a call back the same day and they always show up. They don't try to substitute parts when fixing something. They use the same brand of parts that whatever they are fixing, for example I have a Toto toilet and they used Toto parts to repair it.

He arrived about 15 minutes late, but it was raining fairly well so that wasn't unreasonable. He quickly got to work and the job proceeded well. It took 2.5 hours to complete, which is about what he had estimated before the job. Overall his price was about $100 less than another plumber's quote that I had obtained. I would use this plumber again in the future.

He was thorough, punctual, and neat. He showed me what was wrong, told me why the saddle valve was a poor choice, and explained what he was going to do to fix the problem. He is very professional.

Overall went well. Confirming the date / time took a series of 6 phone tags due to a reschedule once on my part, and once of Tom Cooley's. Ultimately found a date that worked. Replacing the faucet was not time critical. Tom was 45min late, but had called ahead of time to let us know. Upon arrival the work was done with quality and speed. Only complaint was the mess under the sink required more clean up on our part than we'd have liked. I would use Tom again - this just wasn't a big job for him (I imagine).

I came home from work to a house with steamed up windows and then discovered the flooded basement and the leaking hot water heater. I went straight to Angie?s list. The first plumber I called had a kid answering the phone who couldn?t get an adult to answer. Next I called Cooley Plumbing, got the emergency number and immediately got a call back from Tom Cooley. I described what I was seeing and my concern about the continuing flooding/leaking and the steamy house. Tom came right over to turn the water off because I couldn?t figure out how to do it, assessed the situation and said he would call me later in the evening with options for a new water heater. He called exactly when he said he would. Tom helped me decide on the best size heater for my needs. He arrived on time the next morning with the new heater and did the job. Tom told me later that he had checked the serial number on my old leaking heater to make sure it wasn't still under warranty. I hadn't even thought about doing that! It was not only not under warranty, it had long exceeded its life expectancy, but I really appreciated that Tom had checked that out. Tom was extremely nice, totally professional, and answered all of my many questions, with patience, and expertise. Tom installed the new heater, everything was put back in place, the old heater removed and the price was very reasonable. It could not have been better!! I am a very satisfied customer and so glad to have found Cooley Plumbing/Tom Cooley. It is so good to know that should I have any other plumbing problems, I know just who to call. He fixed the problem in a way that saved me money. I called him, he came out, and he got the job done. It was a situation where I thought I would have to replace the boiler and he fixed it without me having to replace the boiler.

He was excellent and punctual. He was here three times as long as he said he would for his estimate and still charged me only one third of the time.

He was very good and a really nice guy. They did really nice work. They responded quickly and everything was good with them.

So far so good. He shows up when he says he will and does what I ask him to do. He's excellent.

Found company on Angie's and tried calling them because they were well regarded and located one town away from me. Spoke with Tom who said he could come the following morning 9AM - he arrived 9:40, which was okay by me, and was very professional and fixed my drain. No long term results yet, but so far I am pleased and would use him again.

Tom always calls back promptly and comes as soon as possible. He is carrying on a proud tradition; Tom's father had been my plumber for many years.

We called Tom to fix a leaky pipe in the kitchen. He quickly found the root of the problem. He took the time to explain what was causing the leak and how we was going to fix it, and how long he thought it would take. He worked quickly and efficiently, and the pipe has had no problems since then. He was also very pleasant and professional, and his rates were very reasonable. I will definitely hire him again.

He is very prompt and very thorough. He tries to keep the cost down and is very reasonable. He is very careful and gave me advice about what I shouldn?t or should do. He replaced a water heater, he ran some gas exhaust lines, replaced a valve that connected my water pipes to my washer and also replaced some bathroom plumbing fixtures. I have recommended him to other people too.

I think it is just a one man operation. I have used him a couple of times; he is very dependable and responds quickly when I call. I got his name from a friend of mine who has had the same kind of experience. I have had no problems with him at all. He had to do some detective work to find where the water was coming from, but, it didn't take him long to find it and after he found the problem, it was repaired quickly. His prices are also fair. I would definitely use him again. He is very conscientious, works hard and provides very good quality of service.

My bathtub faucet started shooting out brown water a week before my sister's family came to visit. I left a message about my problem on Tom Cooley's voice mail, which he returned that evening. Over the phone, he determined what the problem was and gave me a price to replace the faucet. He also gave me a website address where I could look at the faucet. When he arrived to do the work, he found that he could just replace some pipes behind the tub without replacing the whole faucet. The quote for the faucet replacement was about $400, but the job ended up costing me only $170. Tom was punctual and did great work for less than I expected. I was so pleased, that I scheduled him to do some other plumbing work I've been putting off. I give Tom two very enthusiastic thumbs up.
