Excellent Tom is very pleasant and profession.

It went so awesome as it was a high level of difficulty due to the age of the sink. Tom used a half a dozen techniques to successfully remove parts of delicate piping. Tom understands that doing quality work at affordable prices will have his customers coming back for his services! Tom has a nice demeanor.

I called Thomas Cooley in the morning, and he arrived the same day to fix my sink. I was pleased with the service.

Next day, no more water spots from the problem valve.

I called Mr. Cooley Sunday evening and he replied Monday morning and came that same morning. Mr. Cooley's father was my plumber for many years before he retired so I felt very comfortable leaving my back door open and for Mr. Cooley to work while no one was home. Things were as neat as when I left except that the plumbing problem was solved. He left me a bill, along with a note explaining the work he had done.

He arrived right on time, fixed the water pressure problem and the dripping faucet. In conversation I mentioned that the worst plumbing nightmare in my house was when the garbage disposal fell off while the dishwasher was running and the kitchen and basement were flooded. He said that the installer had probably neglected to lock the disposal into place. Uh oh, the same installer had re-installed it after the flood. Mr. Cooley kindly said he would check the garbage disposal to see if it was locked in place. It was NOT, so he locked it, probably preventing a repeat flood in the future. The disposal runs a lot quieter now, too!

Tom arrived on time. I showed him what needed to be repaired. I explained that this was the second time that the outdoor hose line had burst during the winter. Tom fixed the hose and then showed me exactly how to drain the water from the hose so it wouldn't break again. He explained to me why the pipe was holding water even when I thought I had drained it all. He walked me through the process of draining the hose to make sure I understood. Very positive experience.

Our house was built in 1952 and had no inside shutoff valve. So when the faucet on our basement sink began to leak heavily, we needed help fast. We called plumbers for bids, telling them we need BOTH the faucet fixed AND a shutoff valve or valves installed. But it seemed a few didn't want to fix "just a leaky faucet" and one arrived long after we first called stumped by the need for a shutoff valve. Tom Cooley returned our call fast, called us before he arrived, and arrived exactly on schedule. He gave us a good bid and waited patiently until our water utility arrived to clean out the streetside water access and turn the water off. He worked quickly so the house was not without water for a long time and did a clean job that looks as good as the original. an excellent job at a good price. Tom Cooley is reliable and highly recommended.

Tom, was highly professional and very polite. He was on time. He was extremely neat and efficient about his work. We would definitely hire Tom on any other plumbing needs in the future. He was flexible with my work schedule.

Tom first fixed our old water heater for 129. We asked for an estimate for a new heater, knowing the current heater was on its last leg. He quickly provided an estimate of 795 and we scheduled the removal of the old water heater and installation of a new heater. Very clean, arrived on time and professional.

My wife and I are pleased that all the work was performed to our satisfaction and that we have a reliable plumber. Finding a dependable plumber has been a challange. We will use Mr. Cooley for all our plumbing repair and replacement needs.

Tom called right back and came over within the hour to take a look at the problem. He diagnosed the issue as a clog in the line and recommended we call a specialist to take care of the problem. I was prepared to pay Tom for his transportation and visit, but he would not accept payment. I don't know many contractors who would do that! Once again, Tom Cooley went above and beyond for us, even though he didn't physically do any work here this time. I cannot recommend him enough.

He is very neat and cleans up after himself.

Tom was his usual thoughtful self. He got to us within 48 hours (this was a non-emergency). Gut the access to the plumbing, located the leak, repaired the problem (caulking between tub and tile) and returned within a couple of days with the cover for the access panel. Everything looks great and works. That time he also took care of a horrible noise coming from the shower in another bath. The diverter needed to be replaced and the pipe shimming and noise stopped. Tom has installed new bathrooms for us and been a jewel to work with. His real specialty is repairing old fixtures for which parts are no longer available. A valuable talent in an area like this which has an older housing stock.
