Molyneaux Tile Carpet Wood

Before my husband and I moved into our new home last month, we knew we wanted new carpets. We had carpets installed at our previous home about 3 years ago, and we were so happy with it, that there was no question we would go with Molyneaux again. Megan came to our house for a consultation and brought several options for us to choose from. We thought we were set on choosing what we had before, but luckily, she insisted on bringing more options, as we ended up choosing a different one once we saw the samples in the new place. Megan was very informative and helpful and the process was super easy. The installation crew was great and they worked very quickly. We’re loving our new carpet and home. Thank you to everyone!

Installation has not been completed, but the consultation was exceptional. Our salesperson, Amy W., was very thorough in her measurements and knowledge of her product. She was prompt in her arrival to our home and had a myriad of different carpet samples to choose from. We decided to go with Molyneaux for our carpeting needs because of our previous experience with the company. We have always worked with wonderful associates and the quality of product is superior. We would definitely consider using Molyneaux with any future home improvement projects and would recommend using The Pointe location to any family and friends.

From start to finish, we were extremely satisfied with our experience with Molyneaux. Our salesman (Tim Clark) was very professional and knowledgeable about the full carpet line sold by Molyneaux. He was always pleasant and easy to work with. He helped us make a very good carpet selection as well as negotiate a very good price. On the day of installation the installers (Jeremy and Chris) were experienced and professional. They arrived at our home on time and handled the job and our furnishings with care. After the installation was complete they reviewed the job with us to make sure we were completely satisfied. We are very happy with how the carpet makes our home look stylish and comfortable. Overall experience was great. Our sales person, Tim Clark, was very helpful in helping us determine the color and style of the carpet for the area we wanted carpeted. He never tried to steer us to buy from him vs others, and offered opinions to help make our decision easier. Installers were prompt, professional, and qualified to complete the job. All debris was cleaned up and hauled away. Would definitely use Molyneaux in Oakmont again for future projects.

The project went smoothly from start to finish. Tim did a great job helping us with our tile and grout selections. He explained the products and process that would be used in detail. Sam did a professional job installing the subfloor, ditra and ceramic tile. He cleaned up all scrap. We have a beautiful floor to enjoy for many years.

The entire buying process at Molyneaux-Oakmont was exceptional from start to finish. Tim was very helpful in helping us find the perfect carpet and the installation process couldn't have gone more smoothly. I chose Molyneaux due to the east of them bringing samples to you! Cindy Benson, the Design Consultant, brought many different samples based on pictures that she asked me to send of our kitchen. One thing that I am impressed with is that Cindy brought a sample that was not originally the type of flooring/style I was imagining going with. As soon as she put the sample down I knew it was exactly what I wanted. It is perfect! It is laminate floating floor with sort of a distressed wood look. I love it!!! The day of the install went smoothly. The installers were on time and were over all just very courteous great guys. They truly did a great job. They installed the floor, new base boards, lower cabinet trim and they even cut the basement door to fit since new flooring added about 1" in height. I am very happy with the work they performed. Down the road we will be needing a new floor in our finished basement and I will be contacting Cindy/Molyneaux again to help with picking out flooring!

This is the second time we used Molyneaux and we are really happy with the results. Tim Clark came out, remembered us, was very pleasant, and made the estimate quick and painless. The flooring we ordered ended up coming early, so they were able to start the job early as well. Joe and Danny were so nice to work with. They were professional and did a great job. We will definitely be using Molyneaux in the future.

My family has gone to Molyneaux in Verona for all their flooring needs for at least the past 30 years. We didn't even check the competition for two recent flooring projects. In the last month, Tim Clark, a sales consultant at Molyneaux in Verona, helped us with carpeting two whole floors of the house and new vinyl flooring for two bathrooms and a laundry room. The selections at Molyneaux are great; it was easy to find the perfect colors and patterns both for carpeting and vinyl flooring. Every question and concern was quickly answered. We are so very pleased with the service, quality, and installation. There was no difficulty or delay of any kind. In fact, we were able to move up the installation dates on both projects. Tim Clark has been attentive and helpful throughout the process. We're very pleased. We'll definitely always choose Molyneaux for all future flooring projects. Thank you Molyneaux!

Absolutely love the carpet and service I received from this company. Tim spent a lot of time with my husband and I, going over all of our choices and options for our home. I truly felt that our satisfaction was important to him. I feel that we received top notch customer service throughout the entire experience...from our initial browsing at the store to the day our carpet was installed. This outstanding and friendly customer service is the main reason we decided to go with Molyneaux and, after having the carpet installed, I can now say that the product they sell is also fantastic. I will definitely be recommending Molyneaux to my friends and family and they have made a customer for life out of both myself and my husband. A plus company from start to finish.

Salesperson Karen Leonard replied immediately by to my phone request for an estimate and visited my home on October 22nd. . She brought carpet samples and was very efficient and experienced in giving information about the products and services of the company. She quickly drew up a plan and estimate for the installation work to be done. I signed an agreement and paid half of the purchase price with the remainder due the day of the installation. She explained that the agreement could be voided at any time in next several days and also explained about the guarantees involved. She said an installer would call soon and that was true. The person in charge of scheduling installations called me early the next week and we agreed on a date of Wednesday, October 26. The company called me to confirm that date and time on Tuesday, October 25, and the three workmen arrived right on time. They were all very skilled at their work and seemed to have lots of experience. All the old carpet and padding was quickly removed and the new products installed within a few hours. There was a minimum of dirt and the workers were careful to clean up the area. As specified in the agreement they hauled away the old carpet and padding. All three young men were polite and friendly while in my home. There were no problems and I would recommend this company and or hire them again. The new carpet looks great!

We contacted them and had an appointment made for the following week with Cindy. She came prepared with tons of samples and had great suggestions for us. She even ended up suggesting the perfect color for us right from the start. She worked with us on the payment and we bought our carpet that same day. The installation process went well. The installers were on time and quick. They moved our furniture for us and put it all back when they were finished as well as cleaned up after the installation. We would absolutely use Molyneaux again.

Gentleman only brang out oak samples. Advertised they had a special going on in which they were giving me 40% discount. When asked to see the numbers, he was not able to show me the cost per square feet. The price seemed hefty, since there was suppose to be 40% off. He could not show me the cost of labor. I really dont understand what he was scribbling on his paper to figure out the total cost of my project.

Our salesman, Tim Clark, was very knowledgable and professional and on time! We are very pleased with the work performed by Molyneaux (Verona). Our product was on back order and Tim knew we were anxious to get the work completed so we could move in, so when it got to Ohio, he sent someone to pick it up, thereby saving us an extra week. There was extensive work to prep the concrete floor for the vinyl, but the end result is beautiful! We chose Molyneaux because we wanted a guarantee that the work would be completed to our satisfaction. We were not disappointed.

My husband and I wanted to re-carpet our second floor in preparation for our new baby. We stopped by the Verona location and met with Tim Clark. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about what carpet would best suit our needs. We chose Molyneaux because we had heard that they have excellent service and we weren't disappointed. They were really flexible about scheduling the installation date and they offered great financing. The carpet was installed quickly without any hassles and it looks beautiful. We would definitely use Molyneaux again for our next flooring project.

Following a phone conversation where we discussed possible flooring solutions, the salesman arrived at the promised time prepared with a number of potential samples. After we chose designs for the two floors he measured the job and provided the proposal on the spot. After checking availability of material we set a date for installation On the assigned date the installers arrived promptly and worked diligently. At the start they clarified certain details so they wouldn't become a problem later. Upon finishing on the second day they called in carpenters to trim the doors to clear the new carpet. The installation job was flawless, the seams undetectable, edges perfect. During the job, clutter was kept to a minimum and at the end, the area was actually cleaner than when they started! The job was quality from selection to finish. Sales, office and installation people were polite professionals who worked efficiently. I recommend their service without reservation.

My husband and I went to the Molyneaux store to pick out carpet for a very large job with a 4 year old and a 1 year old. You can imagine how that sort of task would go, however, to our surprise, it went surprising easy and we love the end result. Our salesperson, Cindy Benson, took pictures of our new house when she came to take measurements which was immensely helpful when tryinging to pick out carpet for rooms without actual samples on hand for the rooms we wanted it in. Long story short, the carpet looks great in all the rooms, blending well with all the paint colors, stone fireplace, tile, etc. Professional on all aspects including installation, would recommend to anyone.

The entire experience was perfectly choreographed from the moment I walked into the Robinson/North Fayette showroom, starting with my excellent sales rep Bill, who was very patient and very helpful throughout the process. He listened to my suggestions and carefully guided me through the myriad of samples and colors to find the perfect match for my home. Moving through the scheduling, follow up and installation, everyone was courteous and helpful, and everything happened exactly as scheduled. The installation went off without a hitch, and the installers were very neat and very respectful of my home. I also had a need to call customer service for a minor follow up, which was handled in a most professional and timely manner by Kalina, and to my total satisfaction! I am extraordinarily happy with my new carpet and with the excellent service and support I received from the Molyneaux team and I highly recommend them to anyone!

I really can't believe all the positive experiences people have had with this Molyneaux. We must have gotten the bad salesman... My husband and I met with a salesman (Jason) at the Verona store in late Nov 2014. We were purchasing a house that was going to need new tile which was going to require some old tile in the foyer and powder room to be removed as well as carpeting on the stairs and hall. We selected some samples at the store with the help of the salesman. We were supposed to close on our home at the beginning of December but due various issues the closing was delayed. However, we were still granted access to the home and asked Jason to come to do measurements. He initially said he couldn't that day, then called and said he could after all. After taking some initial measurements, he said he would have to bring our their contractor to give us an estimate since he did not know the scope of all the work that would need to be done just by looking at the house- and he did not want to give us a totally incorrect estimate. Fair enough, we thought, and told him we would contact him once we closed on the house. After the new year, I called again to say that we closed and the contractor could come out at any time. He said that he would call the contractor and the contractor would be in touch with us. Well about a week went by and I never heard anything, so I called Jason again who said that the contractor was on vacation but he was coming back to work the following day and would be calling me. Again, about a week and half went by and I heard nothing. I called Jason again- said we still never heard anything- and he said he would contact him again.... Well that was pretty much it- I never heard from the contractor nor did I ever hear from Jason - he obviously didn't care enough to even see if we were contacted. I gave up and just called another business- Twin flooring -who took on the job without any hesitation. We just couldn't believe he dropped the ball like that because he seemed so enthusiastic and helpful in the store. We kind of think he just came to do our measurement that day to get out of work early....

I had old carpet lifted and the hardwood floors underneath refinished. I wanted to have area rugs in the living room and dining room and a carpet runner on the staircase. Molyneaux was very prompt in coming to my home to measure the area and talk over the options for the area. Once the measurements were taken the salesman suggested I go to the showroom to choose carpet. When I went to the showroom I found two different carpets and was pleased with the designs that the salesman showed me. I was told it would take 3 months for the carpets to come in, this would give me plenty of time to have the floors refinished. Once the floors were refinished I realized that the size of the living room area rug the salesman sold me was way too large! I called him and he wasn't very helpful, told me that if I changed the size there would be a restocking fee, and that the carpet was already there. I had no problem with the restocking fee, he didn't know how much it would be and he just didn't give me any options. I wrote an email to the main office and it wasn't until then that the salesman called me back and offered to help. Told me that the restocking fee would be $160. Fine... even at that I was happy. He said it would probably take 3 weeks for the new carpet to come in. After the three week period I hadn't heard from Molyneaux. I waited a little longer and called and left a message on the salesman's voice mail and sent him an email. He emailed me back stating that the carpets were in and that he has scheduled an installation date for me. He said the phone number he had for me no longer was good???? Well the numbers were transposed... I told him well look at the original invoice my phone number is on it plain as day! He told me he didn't have the original invoice!! How could he NOT have the original invoice??? And there is such a thing as the White Pages look up on the internet after all!!! This salesman was always apologizing about something! Finally the carpets were delivered and installed. The installation crew was very nice, very prompt and professional. There was a problem with the stair installation ...again because of miscommunication with the salesman. I wasn't happy with the angling of the carpet on the stair landing. It was my own fault that I didn't keep a closer eye on them when they installed it , I didn't notice the problem until I was cleaning the area after they left... I called right away and they immediately returned. The installer said there was nothing he could do, as it was even laid out that way on the original measurements. He was very nice and apologetic . My experience with Molyneaux left me lukewarm at best. I probably won't used them when replacing bedroom carpeting...if I do I certainly will go to one of the other branch stores and get a different salesman.
