We have 34 years of experience in Water Softeners, Acid Neutralizers, UV Lights, Sulfur Units, Hot Water Heaters, Pressure Tanks & Solar Salt Delivery. Our policy is satisfaction guaranteed. We also offer a Military and Senior Discount.
"Horrible, if I thought it was worth the money I'd bring them to court. They ripped out the old home filter and left two separate live wires just free floating in my crawlspace without covers. Then installed the new pump/filter system and for the first 3 days it did nothing, sulfur smell still persisted. They returned and recharged the carbon bed/zip tied their new lines to my copper pipes so the daily flush wasn't so loud (it would shake the floor). This resulted in two leaks once the flush cycle happened. A final return visit was ordered, they showed up fixed the two leaks they caused and zip tied a purge valve open on a sink 5.o micron filter then charged me an extra $80.00."

My abilities and skills afford me to do most work on my own. My contacts in the industry are widespread also. Whatever task/project you need done will take one call to me to get it started. You will not find reliability or sound craftsmanship like this. I only sub-contract if needed and the customer is always informed. Each contract is negotiated differently and I always find a way to work with the customer to come to agreeable terms.

Property Inspections for Home and or Buildings, Private Commercial or otherwise
"We asked our realtor for a “pit bull” inspector and she recommended this company. We were present with the inspector and asked a lot of questions and listened intently to his concerns and observations. We left feeling like we had some issues but nothing major. Well, after settlement it became clear that the inspector missed a huge carpenter ant infestation that damaged the entire back of the house including walls and beams. He missed leaking windows and pipes that had cause mold and mildew damage in two separate areas of the house. He missed several areas of roof damage and a decaying rotting exterior chime to structure. When I pointed to the ceiling and said is that brown spot a leak he said no, that’s just a missed paint spot! We made settlement after what we thought was a good inspection report. It turns out that we had to spend tens of thousands of dollars on critical repairs that the inspector missed or assured us were minor. The roof and window leaks were severe. The carpenter ant infestation was critical. Needless to say we were very angry and extremely disappointed that these things got missed and we got misled. We would not recommend this inspector to others."

WATER TREATMENT SPECIALISTS including Bacteria Protectuion, Water Softners, Iron Removal, PH adjustments, Acid neutralizers, Methane removal, Sulfur removal,Well tanks, Water Heaters
"Water Medic showed up for initial consultation, water was tested, and suggestions were offered. All my questions were answered. When I was able to schedule a time to have system installed, the tech showed up and worked diligently to complete the installation, even running out to buy a sediment filter as mine was leaking. The tech explained the whole system and what I needed to know to maintain the system. Due to an unforseen problem with the tank, it needed to be switched out which they did promptly. They were available to answer questions even after the installation. I didn't feel like they were trying to sell me more than I needed which I did feel with some others who gave estimates. Good company to work with. Would recommend."

The license requirements for water softener installation depend on your location. Some municipalities require that the installer hold a plumbing license, some require a permit and an inspection, but no license for the installer, and some require a permit and a license for the installer. Regardless of the local laws in your area, it’s always a good idea to hire a licensed plumber or installer. These pros will install your system properly and have the experience to size the system appropriately. Use Angi’s state licensing tool to check your installer’s license status.
The cost to install a water softener system is $1,500 on average, ranging between $200 and $6,000. The labor for water softener work typically costs between $150 and $1,000, so you can add that to your equipment costs to get an accurate total. Your price will depend on many factors, including the following:
System capacity
Home size
Water hardness levels
Type of water softener
Presence of electricity in the installation area
Local permit costs
Water softeners are worth the money if you live in an area with hard water. Hard water is safe to drink, but it poses serious threats to your plumbing system. The minerals in hard water will gradually build up on the inside walls of your pipes, reducing water flow to your fixtures. The minerals can also gradually corrode your plumbing system, reduce its lifespan, and increase the risk of leaks. Hard water also makes soap and detergent less effective. Water softener systems can solve all these issues, making them a great investment.
It’s possible to install a water softener yourself, but we don’t recommend it. Water softeners require working with copper pipes and electrical wiring, neither are suitable tasks for most DIYers. Plus, working with water and electricity together is dangerous and could pose a risk to your safety. Water softeners also need to be calibrated so that they don’t make your water too soft, as soft water poses just as many risks as hard water. Overall, it’s well worth hiring a local water softener installer to place your water softener system.
Your water softener size is based on your total household water consumption. In most cases, you can assume the average household member will use around 75 gallons per day. Multiply that by the number of people in your home, then multiply by 10 (for the typical grains per gallon). You’ll get a number in grains that should help roughly size your water softener. However, it’s best to hire a professional to install your system and use more exact numbers, like your exact average water consumption per day and starting water hardness.
