Pocono Water Center

Horrible, if I thought it was worth the money I'd bring them to court. They ripped out the old home filter and left two separate live wires just free floating in my crawlspace without covers. Then installed the new pump/filter system and for the first 3 days it did nothing, sulfur smell still persisted. They returned and recharged the carbon bed/zip tied their new lines to my copper pipes so the daily flush wasn't so loud (it would shake the floor). This resulted in two leaks once the flush cycle happened. A final return visit was ordered, they showed up fixed the two leaks they caused and zip tied a purge valve open on a sink 5.o micron filter then charged me an extra $80.00.

They do an excellent job. They're timely and are usually in and out in about 45 minutes. They can install new water conditioning equipment. The work is very well done and they use good quality parts. They're very knowledgeable and helpful. Their prices are reasonable as well.

The installation was done on the set date. The equipment was all high quality and the results were outstanding. We had moved in the Poconos two years ago and had a new well dug. We had been experiencing hard water, an iron residue on our clothes and a sulfur smell in our water. The new equipment provided by the POCONO WATER CENTER addressed all of these issues and we now feel we have some the best water available both for drinking and cooking and also for use around the house. The two fellows who installed the system were courteous and within two hours had the entire system up and running. They said they are available for assistance anytime but probably would not return until there annual inspection next June. The price was also two thousand less than a comparable system we received quotes for. Very pleased all the way around.

They responded quickly, installed equipment (holding tanks and injection pump) with no problems. They returned a short time later to correct a small hardware problem. Good work, nice people,professional service. Call them first.
