Description of Work: We called Kennihan because our furnace was not working. The serviceman arrived, checked the furnace, there was nothing wrong with it. There was a loose wire on a switch on the outside of the furnace. He tightened it. Did not use any parts whatsoever. Bill was 280.00 They charge 99.00 just to pull in the driveway, then a time charge on top of that. We feel this is a dishonest practice. They claim it is because they arrive with a fully stocked truck...how many times have thosetrucks been paid for? The owner was rude & dismissive when my husband tried to speak to him over the phone, he essentially siad "too bad", I already have your money. I will never use them again, I wuld rather freeze to death!
