Description of Work: When annual inspections were performed, the technician sometimes left the sump pump unplugged, causing basement flooding. Then, they did not refill us when they should have (we were a contract customer), and the sediment at the bottom of the tank killed the furnace. This was all prior to July 2008.

 + -1 moreOUR HEATER DIDN'T COME ON AT THE START OF LAST SEASON. THEY SENT A TECH OUT THE NEXT DAY WHO WAS ABLE TO REPAIR THE PART IN ONE VISIT. THE COST WAS COVERED UNDER THE YEARLY SERVICE CONTRACT WE HAVE WITH THEM.
Description of Work: THEY REPLACED THE IGNITOR AND DID GERNAL MAINTANENCE ON OUR HEATER.

 + -1 moreTHE SERVICEMAN ARRIVED WITHIN THE DESIGNATED TIME-FRAME. HE WAS IN UNIFORM AND CAME IN A COMPANY TRUCK WHICH ASSURED ME HE WAS LEGITIMATE. THE SERVICEMAN CLEANED UP WHEN HE WAS COMPLETED AND WAS VERY COURTEOUS.
Description of Work: MEENAN DID A FULL SERVICE CHECK UP AND TUNE UP ON MY OIL HEATING UNIT. THEY MADE ANY NECESSARY ADJUSTMENTS TO THE CONTROLS AND OPERATING PARTS. THEY CLEANED THE UNIT. THEY CHECKED THE VENTING SYSTEM AND GAVE ME A REPORT OF THEIR READINGS.
