I have received heating oil and furnace service from Meenan Oil for many years and have never had a problem. They are always responsive, professional, and accomodating!

I have used Meenan to repair and replace my oil burner and care for it for many years. I have also used them to install and care for a generator and provide propane for it for a number of years. They have been available in a timely way every time and have even shown up in the middle of the night when I had an oil burner emergency. Everyone has always been very professional and helpful. I recommend them highly.

Initially the first service technician mis-diagnosed the damage and we waited a week to get a part that was in the replacement part box the, the technician failed to discover. Once we got a senior maintenance technician involved, the damage was properly diagnosed and the work went exceptionally well. All of the new installation team were highly professional and accomplished tge installation in one day, and hauled off the old furnace. I am highly pleased with the work the new installation team did. I’ve told Meenan to never send the initial technician back to my house again.

They do an excellent job, I have had them as my supplier for many years.

I found another contractor here as I was not willing to judge Home Advisor standards on the poor standards and low business ethics of one bad company. I have also used your services before in the past and been very satisfied which is why I returned :)

Nathan (Tech #38) was incredibly thorough during his visit. He walked me through the work that was done and alerted me to a potential problem with my chimney. I've been a Meenan customer for a number of years now and see no reason to switch any time soon.

The service was great. The technician, Karl, was professional and had the safety of his customer in mind during this crisis. He provided a detailed report and advised me on improvement for my heater. The office staff at Meenan is also very professional and helpful when I need help.

On 1/18/2019 I signed a heating oil delivery agreement for the period 1/18/2019 through 1/31/2020. On 10/4/2019, I notified Meenan via email to terminate the agreement at the end of the current pricing period with the exact message "Please terminate my oil delivery agreement as of 1/31/2020, the end of the current pricing period". The agreement states that an early termination fee applies if the contract is terminated prior to the end of the current pricing period, 1/31/2020. I received an email reply saying that they have "placed a stop on my account". I received no more deliveries from them. On 1/22/2020, I received an invoice in the mail from Meenan for a $399 "Early Termination Fee". I emailed Meenan, reminding them of the notification I gave them to terminate the agreement at the end of the current pricing period. They have sent me monthly statements since then, with late fees added on. This is a total scam. Avoid signing a contract with these people. They don't honor their end of the contract.

He was punctual (9:00AM on 11/5/19). While performing the duty he was informative & courteous. After completing the job successfully he left no mess. He did mention a $50.00 credit for a Yelp review which I did complete.

THIS IS THE MOST ANNOYING COMPANY IN EXISTENCE. We started using Meenan for the first time this year when we bought a new house that has oil. The same representative, Diane, has literally called my husband and me every two days telling us that they’ve scheduled a delivery to come. Every time we’ve spoken to her or called the main number back (where we waste our time waiting on the line to get a hold of someone), we’ve told them that our tank is almost full and we don’t need a delivery and to please stop calling us and scheduling deliveries. They’ve even sent delivery men to our house after we’ve told them ‘no’. It’s been like this for months. The one day we actually had a delivery scheduled to come, I took off work to be home for it, and they rescheduled it for another day without telling us. As soon as our contract is up, we are cancelling. Don’t make the same mistake we did.

We did not have a contract with Meenan Oil, as it expired; they have a $600 contract cancellation policy, so we waited for it to expire. We did not renew our contract, because we were switching heating sources. They showed up to our house and put $600 of oil in our tank, and sent us a bill, when we did not ask for it. They told us it would cost too much for them to come get it, and that we had to pay for $600 of oil we did not ask for. DO NOT USE MEENAN. THEY USE SHADY PREDATORIAL BUSINESS TECHNIQUES. THEY FILL YOUR TANK WHEN YOU DO NOT WANT OIL AND THEN SEND YOU A BILL, WITH NO WARNING OR PHONE CALL OR EVEN RINGING THE DOORBELL. MEENAN IS A SNEAKY BUSINESS AND VERY PREDATORIAL. DO NOT USE MEENAN. I REPEAT PLEASE, IF YOU HAVE ANY COMMON SENSE, DO NOT USE MEENAN, THEY ARE SNEAKY AND MORALLY BANKRUPT.

Fine, prices seem fair, servicemen knowledgeable and friendly

The breach with the alarm repaired itself within 2 minutes since whoever tried to break the window didn't succeed. I spoke with Meenan about everything and I will continue to use them for all 3 areas for protection. I have had them for 4 years with oil contract and 2 with A/C unit. The security system was installed about 6 months ago and cannot complain about any of their services.

Jobs went well. When issues arose the concerns were solved timely - good communication.

Great when they initially came out I was at a doctor's appointment. They came back out to sweep my chimney.

Great! Professional work and service. The team in Bristol PA did such a great job installing Central A/C in our house that we stuck with Meenan and had them take care of our daughter's A/C....and we got a maintenance contract to keep up the great work!

Serviceman was very thorough, neat, and clean. Also gave recommendation to put a little cup of vinegar to remove the odor from when the oil burner is cleaned. This works in minutes and the house has no after cleaning smell.
