Every step of the process with this company has been wonderful! From the office staff to my inspector Jon B, they were all very courteous, kind, patient as I had a lot of questions and overall just great people. I had a septic inspection with hydraulic load test which is done on a second day in addition to my home inspection, we had a snow storm that layed about a foot of snow on the yard and driveway! Despite this Jon B came out and shoveled so we could have the second day of the septic done in time! Absolutely amazing! I will never work with another inspection company! Im a customer for life!

I was very impressed. This was my first purchase of a manufactured home so I had lots of questions/concerns. Jonathan becker took extra time to address my concerns and show me how the various systems worked. He was polite,patient and extremely professional. Office personnel were professional and efficient at all times. It was a pleasure dealing with this company.

This was my second time using Suburban Property Inspections for a home purchase. Everyone I dealt with both times was very professional and friendly. Scheduling the inspection was quick and they provided me with multiple days and times to best fit my schedule. The Inspector was very thorough and took the time to explain everything he observed in detail. He answered all of my questions and told me exactly what to expect in the final report. I invest in real estate and will continue to use them for all of my home inspection needs in the future.

Inspector was prompt (early even) and very pleasant to speak with. He appeared to be very knowledgeable and answered every question with apparent honesty. When we asked a question and he wasn't sure, he investigated a little further to see if he could come up with an answer, and did.

Jonathan did a fantastic job, and would absolutely hire them again for any inspection needs. He was incredibly thorough: testing every single appliance and outlet, as well as an detailed examination of the structure. He found a number of items that were important to be addressed, that no one else had noticed. During the course of the inspection, he walked us through what he was doing and patiently discussed everything he found. We felt very comfortable and confident with his report, which was sent over early the next morning. If you are looking for a home inspector, this is who you should go with.

Absolutely great experience. I worked with Johnathan, which could not have been a move smooth and painless experience. He showed up early to the residence, introduced himself, went over the guidelines, then performed the inspection with complete professionalism. I asked about a million questions and each were addressed with detailed answers and background knowledge. The inspection was thorough with not a stone left unturned. Everything was meticulously documented and presented in a report within the next 24 hours. Could not be more pleased with the service that was performed by SPI. These inspection services were for my second home (2600 SQFT and 60 years old) so it was good to be able to compare previous home inspections i've gone through. The house was very quirky with old and new touches. Was able to be on site with inspector Jonathan and i have nothing but excellent things to say. Very thorough and knowledgeable. Had an answer for all my questions. Didn't cut corners and made sure I understood all the nuances of what i was getting into. Tested everything you'd expect and then some. Spent almost 5 hours on the property and left with a wealth of knowledge. Well worth the expense for peace of mind and understanding.
