The inspection went great. The price was a little higher than others around, but the service was 100% well worth the extra cost. The overall inspection took about 3 hours to complete and they were able to answer all questions I asked. They even went a little above what was requested to inform me of things they would recommend doing based on past experiences with other houses of the same age (129 years). If anyone is looking for a solid and reliable company to do inspections I would fully recommend them.

I was very happy with my home inspection through Suburban Property Inspections! From the very first phone call through receiving the report, everything went great. My initial call was handled by someone in the office who was very informative, professional and scheduled my appointment quickly and around my crazy schedule. They made sure all of my questions as a first-time home buyer were answered and walked me through the entire process. The multi-inspection discount didn't hurt anything as it actually ended up being quite a bit less than I was told by other companies. Jonathan was punctual, professional and thorough. It went very well! The young man who performed the inspection was extremely courteous, and very nice. He was informative and answered any questions I had. He explained things to me as he went along. He was extremely accurate and articulate and honest.

Our inspector was Johnathan Becker. I have to say the service Mr. Becker provided was exceptional. He answered all the questions that I had (and I asked him a whole bunch) as he went about the home and he conducted the inspection. Concerns I had about different areas of the home he addressed for me fully. This was not my first time going through a home inspection of a property I was wanting to buy. The home that my wife and I were having inspected was a very old home, and as such it was only natural that there would be issues that had to be addressed and considered. Mr. Becker's opinions on each area I asked about helped to provide us with a "peace of mind" concerning our overall investment. If we use your firm again I would ask for him to conduct our inspections, and if anyone needs an inspector I would not only recommend your firm, but I would tell the person I was making the recommendation to that they should ask for him.

It went well, they were very thorough in the inspection. Taking time to explain what didn’t pass and why. Also things that did pass, but were concerns, they explained very well.

It was so smooth. Our inspector was so thorough. We were first time home owners and Jonathan walked us through each step with explanations and what he was looking for. Ok I guess so. It went ok but because of the snow they couldn't do the roof part of the inspection so I'm going to have to call back and get them to come back out to the roof part
