On time, friendly, answered all questions with educated responses (easy to tell Jonathan was highly educated in his field). Company offers discounts wth multiple services, fast and friendly service! Their prices are a little higher than others I was quoted but still competitive and well worth it with the excellent service and customer service they provided.

Jonathan was excellent - he spent 3 hours with me and my husband answering all our questions and taking the time to explain what we was seeing with our home inspection. It was an amazing education for us. He didn't miss a thing. The inspection was very thorough and the response time from SPI was suburb.

The inspection went great. There were a couple things needing attention and I was happy to know that before closing.

The Home Inspection went great. Melissa and Gene both were awesome throughout the inspection process. Melissa was great on the phone, was very thorough and detailed, for an OCD guy such as myself, she left me with no more details to be desired, and answered all of my questions very thoroughly. Gene, our inspector, was just as great. When I arrived at the home at our appointment time, he was on the roof and inspection was already underway. He encouraged my questions and answered them knowledgably, and recommended how to resolve any issues with confidence. Being in customer service myself, particularly Internet Relations, I have high standards for the services I pay for. I would have no hesitation for using Suburban Home Inspection in the future, or recommending them to a friend or family member. The original price quote was not the highest, and was the lowest I had received. I ended up paying $50 higher than the lowest price I had received because Melissa had portrayed a level of trust that no other company came close to providing. They did, however, match the median price I received, which was awesome. Prompt responses, working with me on the price, very thorough, and the Inspection Report was delivered to me ahead of schedule. I could not ask for more. Great job guys, and keep doing what you're doing.

Gene was on time, (early in fact) professional, and respectful. He took time to explain everything he was doing, what was right, what was wrong and why it was wrong, and how it should be fixed to make it right. He was patient with all of our questions and made sure that we were comfortable with everything before he moved on. He was thorough in his inspections, he began at 9AM and was on the property until after 1PM. Additionally the company was very competitive with their pricing, they offered me discounts for having multiple inspections completed by them and when I price shopped other companies and provided them quotes they happily reduced their price to beat their competitors. Heather was prompt in responding to us and answering our questions and getting us scheduled. They are dedicated to getting your business and doing a thorough and quality job, we had our home, well, and septic tank inspections in less than 24 hours in a nice, easy to read format. Our other tests will take a few days for the results to come in. I highly recommend this company.
