We are so THANKFUL HomeAdvisor recommended Joe Park of Park Pluming and Heating. Loosing water on a Saturday night, we reached out to Joe Sunday morning. He responded soon there after to discuss what was going on. No pressure as he asked some troubleshooting questions, and he listened to my layman answers. Acknowledging that he could not guarantee what was occurring (until he got to look at it), he up front gave the worse case scenario of the well pump being bad. We agreed to meet that afternoon, at which time he would better be able to diagnose the issue. My original hope was that maybe it was just the pressure switch. Joe arrived when he said he would, and in a matter of minutes he had the issue diagnosed. It was the pressure tank (not the pump, WHEW!). He updated his estimate and what would be involved. We agreed for the repair to be done the next day and we were in business. Joe called that evening, and confirmed when he would be out the next day. Monday, he and his employee were here on time and set right to work. Three hours later we had running water. Joe informed me after getting into the piping setup, he realized there was more worn out and he had to do a little more work than originally expected, and he did not adjust his quoted cost. He went the extra mile to make the setup better than before, doing more work than he was originally expecting, and not just throw in a new tank. Once the work was completed, he and his employee really cleaned up behind themselves, and then Joe walked me through everything that had been completed, as well where he needed to change the original plan to achieve a better outcome. Joe really keeps the homeowner's best interest at heart. Showers felt so GREAT that night :)

Through no fault of his we ran into some unforeseen difficult problems which Joe and Scruffy quickly troubleshot and got right back on track. They are very knowledgeable and were polite. I contacted Joe through home advisor and he walked me through how to turn off my well pump late on a Sunday night. I actually had a leaking tank which he replaced the next day. I had him come in my home and work while I was not there and he did a great job. I really took a chance trusting someone to come in when I wasn t here and I m happy to say, I made a good decision!! I will hired him for all my plumbing needs!

Joe was amazing. We had no water because of a well pump issue, and I have a horse farm so we needed water for the horses ASAP. Joe came out within 12 hours of my initial call and was able to pin point, and repair the issue right away. He was there for quite a few hours and did a fantastic job. He also followed up the next day and made sure that everything was running perfectly and efficiently. I highly recommend him to anyone who has issues. I will also be using him for one of my rental properties as well!

My well pump from 1992 died the week before Christmas. I contacted several plumbers to get bids to compare. Thankfully, on of them was Park Plumbing and Heating. From the first return call, Joe was super responsive. He listened to my concerns and answered all my questions and requests (such as providing/discussing a detailed quote so I knew what I would be purchasing and could compare against other quotes... Due to my "day job"... I'm programmed to get at least three quotes... I got 5 in this case). He was very thorough when talking through my options and even took the time to pull the pump to ensure the proper equipment was ordered (since the pump and well predated my ownership of the property, I didn't have any hard specifications on the well pump size, depth, or depth of well). He wanted to do the job correctly and did it as planned. His work quality was top notch and was only surpassed by his extremely patient and personable demeanor. His price was well within the competitive range (very fair but not so low that you could expect "cost increasing change orders"). Everything was perfect. Thanks Joe! -Myles

He was great. He did great work. He was very excellent in communicating if any issues came up. He even came back out when I was still having some issues and took care of it.

Joe was amazing. I like to call what I witnessed as "Old School" plumbing. It was precise and accurately done. It was very hot on the days that Joe and "Scufty" came to do the job and not once did they stop and take breaks (except for lunch). If I have any other plumbing issues, Park Plumbing and Heating are the ones I will call. Thank you Joe and Scufty!!

Joe came out and evaluated our issue the same day we called and then stayed late into a Friday evening to make sure that we had water for the weekend.

Mr. Parks was unbelievable. We were without water when we spoke. He came the next day and was able to diagnose our problem very quickly and he saved us quite a bit of $. It is reassuring to know that we have found a plumber that we can use for all of our needs!

Joe was a life saver, our pump was repaired 2 1/2 years ago by another company, who now would not return our phone calls to come out and recheck low pressure in our pump! We went on home advisor and found Park pump and well service, Joe called us back within 5 minutes and was at our house the next day to check out the pump. He then came and fixed it very quickly and explained every detail to us. He is very honest and courteous. We would highly recommend Park pump and well service!!!

Joe did a wonderful job fixing a low water pressure situation in my home! He did a lot of trouble shooting over the phone and agreed to come to my home on a Sunday morning. He has excellent customer service skills and has proven himself to be a reliable, reasonably priced, and a very fair professional. I hope that I do not have any further water issues (Joe figured out the problem within an hour and my water pressure was running fine...no major plumbing catastrophe!) but if I do, Joe is my guy!
