I called Park right away and he was helpful with suggestions to resolve the issue myself. He was also very. Operative about how to fit his work into my available time. A really nice guy. It turned out that the problem lay with the way the generator was hooked up to my electrical system and the issue resolved itself as soon as the power came back on. I gave him a call before he got to me and cheerfully agreed we could cancel. I was impressed with his concern, flexibility and professional. He is now my go to plumber.

Joe Park really knows what he's doing. What I thought was going to be a big project turned out to be a simple fix. He taught me how to change my water line filter so I can do it in the future. He's a very nice man, and I will use him again for future projects.
