Description of Work: It was a pleasure to work with Dan from start to finish. Always stayed in contact with me and showed up right on time both times he came to me house. When he found a problem with my heater he took the time to explain the problem to me and also showed me the broken part. He was able to make a temporary fix at no extra charge until he could obtain the part needed to fix my heater. We will be using him for service calls in the future.

Description of Work: Dan cleaned my furnace. He also provided information that I had requested on an air cleaning system and a took the time to give me a broad estimate of HVAC replacement for future reference. I was pleased with his punctuality (rare in service providers). He was here for more than 45 minutes and did not leave a mess.
