With incoming emergency no heat service calls we dispatch our technicians to your property and they arrive as quickly as possible based on the current job they are on as well as service calls that have come in prior to yours. We try to give the best estimated time frame of their arrival as possible, but sometimes service calls prior to yours take longer than anticipated. This is why we ask for a number to call on the way. Our technicians always try to be within that estimated time frame. We're apologize for any inconvenience caused if that was the case on this particular day. As for our pricing, we are sorry that you are unhappy with that as well. In reviewing your invoice, we believe that our pricing was fair and reasonable , as well as comparable to other contractors in the area. Again, thank you for your review, as we always work on improving all aspects of our service to our customers. Description of Work: We've used M&M a few times this past year for sewer pipe replacement, furnace cleaning, a dripping faucet, a faucet installation and water pipe replacement in our 100+ yr old house. They are always on time and the work is done to our satisfaction. We will definitely use them again
