I wanted ductless and what was selling me and giving me a quote on wasn't. The unit he was trying to sell me are obsolete no and they no longer make them.

M&M came out to assess the two different problems - leaking pipe and issue with gasket on our old toilet. The manufacturer of the old toilet was no longer in business, making it impossible to find parts. M&M called around to several places for us and even drove a few miles to some of the nearest dealers to try to find the part. Since the parts were no longer available, they proceeded to get us a new toilet. They inquired about the type and style of toilet that we wanted before purchasing and installing. The service was prompt and the plumber was courteous and knowledgeable and more than helpful.

They're good. They were courteous and professional. They were prompt. They got back to us with our phone calls. They came out and gave us estimates. They were here to do it in a timely order. They picked up their mess. They told us what they were doing. They taught us what we needed learn. They gave us a military discount. I would use them again in the future.

The original agreement with M & M was to replace the units at the end of April. However, with the very warm March we were having I called to ask if they could do the job sooner, They accomodated me and the job was done shortly thereafter. After these units were installed, I had a minor issue when they left and I called. Mike returned my call within seconds and came right back.....this at 5:00 pm on Good Friday!! God Bless him. Overall, this was one of the most pleasant contractor experiences I have had. They answer phone calls promptly, they schedule appointments and show up on time, they are professional and knowledgeable, and I am very confident that they will resolve any issue I may have in the future.

Our toilet stopped working the day before Thanksgiving. Not being a customer, I knew they couldn't fit me in until first stop on Friday. Everything is working fine now. They came out and fixed it in half an hour and only charged me $75. I've never met a plumber who only charged $75. I've recommended them since then.

I am always impressed with a company that will go above and beyond what they were originally called in to do. I had turned the heat on during a chilly night shortly after my boyfriend had filled the furnace with water. We have steam heat radiators. Next thing I know, water is pouring out of several of the radiators and, of course, my boyfriend wasn't home at the time. M&M came right over and discovered that there was too much water in the furnace and the system needed to be drained. They noticed the tube that displays the water level was so filthy that it really wasn't my boyfriend's fault as he had to guesstimate how much water to add to the system. So first, M&M removed the tube and cleaned it out, making it look brand new by the time they were finished. Next, when they went to put water back in the system after draining it, they discovered a faulty valve and immediately replaced it. They explained had that valve burst when I was home alone, if I didn't know what to do, the basement could've flooded in a short amount of time and potentially done some damage to the foundation. When I admitted I would not have known what to do, they took the time to take me around the basement and showed me where all the emergency shutoff valves were and how to use them. They also showed me how to fill the furnace up when the glass tube starts showing a low water level. Then I had mentioned how we have a gas fireplace but still am not sure how to use it or get it started. Within 10 minutes, the fireplace was on and I was shown how to use it. I was so impressed with their friendly attitude and willingness to go above and beyond to make sure my home and I were safe. I have already referred them to other people and I will be signing up for their annual maintenance plan.

I would highly recommend them. They were very, very professional. They came on the day they said they were going to come. They said the job would take about 2 hours and they were here between 1 1/2-2 hours. I called other people and one guy didn't show up and another gave me a song and dance about how I would have to rip the walls out. Their prices were reasonable. I would definitely use them again.

Job was done in reasonable amount of time, approx four hours. The owner and one coworker worked on this job. Everything was explained , they were neat and very professional. We were given a military discount as well. Highly recommend this company.

On this particular job, my tenant had told me the sink was leaking around the knob. I called M&M and they had someone out within a day to check it out. I don't live in town, but I trust whatever they tell me. They could have hit me up for a new faucet or anything else and I would have paid it. Just needed a new seal inside and some tightening. These are the guys who if they tell you what you need, trust me, you need it. They won't try and rip you off, nor give you the runaround. Mike and his wife Carolyn are down to Earth kind of people who you consider more of a friend versus a provider of services. I guarantee you won't be disappointed.
