Description of Work: Adam and his crew actually did 2 large jobs for me as my family moved from one home to another. They painted the majority of interior walls of the home we were listing as well as the home we were about to move into. In both cases he and the crew were professional as well as personable. Because we spent a bit of time with them all, we got to know and trust them. The work itself was extremely professional, and Adam was attentive to every detail. He noticed and addressed any issues before we even noticed that a touch up or wall repair was necessary. I used his coupon offers to initiate the work and found those deals to be very helpful. I would recommend A.R.T. to anyone in need of a large or small job, and I plan to use them again when we address the exterior painting of our new home as well as the wall paper removal of a family home we will be listing soon.

Description of Work: First let me say that I would definitely recommend Adam and his crew for painting work. We had originally hired them a few months back for some interior painting work and everything went well. The work was a bit more than he had originally estimated because of some repairs, but everything was figured out fairly and looked great in the end! The only negative feedback I have from that first experience was that one of the guys doing work for him was not professional towards me, but Adam apologized and pulled him off the job and 'fired' him from doing any additional work for Adam at all. So it was handled right away. Later in the summer/early Fall we had Adam come back for the larger project - our exterior stucco repair and painting. Again, as with most old houses, the stucco repair ended up being much more than we originally estimated, but again it was all figured out as we went along and in the end with the final cost. The painting was all done quite well and looked great once we got all of the stucco repaired. The only part that did not look good at the end was the porch paint, but Adam said he would be happy to come back in the Spring to do another coat on it... perhaps it wasn't holding because of the colder/wetter weather we were starting to have towards the end of Sept?? Despite some delays with weather and drying time (it was supposed to be a week and a half project and turned into about 3 weeks!) everything was quite satisfactory in the end. My only negative feedback from this project would be that the clean-up and prepping could have been better because in our case the stucco work got quite messy. (And the clean-up part with contractors is always a big deal to me because I'm the one to clean up after them if it's not done well!) I did express this to Adam and he did come back and do some additional clean up at the end. We have had many compliments from neighbors, etc. about the exterior work and we are very happy with it. I also appreciated that we waited to figure out all final costs till the end as there were some details to figure out with the extra time and materials. Overall, I would highly recommend Adam and his crew. He is very professional and fair and his crew was great to work with. Rest assured that any issues that come up during painting/renovation projects will be addressed. Thanks!
