Adam and his crew were very professional and did a great job.

Adam made the appointment, showed up on time, learnt about the job, discussed different options with me and my wife, took notes and left promising to give us an estimate on the fix-and-flip project we brought him in on. I don't know if we were too small-potatoes or if he didn't want to help another flipper (he's a bigtime fix-n-flipper himself with a large rental portfolio) - whatever the reason is, we did not hear from Adam again. Multiple phone calls and text messages went unanswered - we were very excited to have a professional property manager help us with one of our first flip projects but we're left with a bitter taste in our mouth. His behavior makes no sense, given all the "A" ratings I'm seeing here - so I can only imagine he has a professional conflict and even if that was the case, I expect him to handle it better with a bit more professional decorum. I'm obligated to report this experience because I found him on Angie's as a paid Angie's List member.

Arrived 1/2 hour late but he did callto let me know and then Spent 5 minutes looking at the house took my email and said he’d email me an estimate- it never came! Disappointed- hired another company

We couldn't be more pleased with the results! The rooms are beautiful and look like new. Adam's crew were extremely meticulous, friendly and expert at their craft. They were punctual and very neat. We'll probably call them for some remodeling work we're considering.

The workers were prompt and did a great job putting up chandelier. Painting went well.

A.R.T. did a great job for us from quote to final cleanup. They were on time, very neat, and did excellent work. Adam Trinciante was very good about communicating via email about scheduling, and several changes that we made regarding which items would be included in the contract. When he found one of the dormers was unpaintable due to rot, he discussed repair options and costs with us and did a nice job of rebuilding the rotted part, so that the dormer could be painted. I felt the pricing was fair based on the quality of the work and the fact that they had to deal with our slate roof and some awkward areas that were in pretty bad shape. I would highly recommend them.

Terrific! I needed to get my work done in preparation for a big graduation party. Adam was very prompt with his professional bid and contract and was able to start the work a few days earlier than scheduled. His crew was very nice and did a beautiful job.

They arrived on time one day and called to let me know they were stuck in traffic the other with an ETA. Very professional and friendly. The guys did a great job painting.

It went great. In the spring we got 5 bids. ART was not the highest nor lowest, but we felt their price was fair. We were not in a hurry so Adam put us on his schedule for Aug. 22nd. He showed up Aug. 22nd. He called us about a week prior to that. His crew worked diligently. When they found rotted wood trim, they brought it to our attention and we asked them to replace it. They did very nice trim work. At the end of the job, Adam asked us to go around the house to see if there was anything we wanted them to touch up. If we saw anything, they did it happily.

Adam and his team did GREAT work for us. They repaired drywall (walls and textured ceilings), painted entire rooms, caulked and touched up additional areas. They also do kitchen remodeling so we had them install some appliances for us (fraction of the cost of the local big box store). They were professional, friendly, high quality, responsive to changes in the schedule (and the task list) and very reasonably priced. When the old paint can turned out to be a slightly different shade than the walls, Adam and his guys identified the correct color and worked with the paint store to get the paint that matched. I would hire them again to do kitchen remodeling, painting, or drywall.

The job went very well. Adam and his two full-time employees (not sub-contractors) were on-time, professional, did great quality work, and finished according to plan. My husband and I were very satisfied with their finished work.

The decorative finish exceeded our expectations. My side porch area is about 200 sq feet and I decided to go with ART after getting an estimate and seeing the color and texture options. I have a 1950's style ranch and didn't want to spend thousands on a new concrete pad. Out only regret is that we didn't do this sooner. Looks fantastic!

I thought Adam and his crew did an excellent job. He kept in touch and let me know days it was raining and they wouldn't be out. They got the job done, and made sure we were happy and pleased with everything, coming back to make any touch ups as needed. I have so far gotten compliments on the house and the nice work they did. I would definitely look to hire them again in the future.

Adam and his crew arrived everyday when scheduled, were on time and worked through each day completely. He and his crew were professional and courteous. They carefully moved furniture and covered everything in plastic where they were working. The patchwork was done very well and yielded great results when the painting was complete. The crew's skills were obvious in how they carried out their job, and the resulting quality was very good. At the end of the day, the crew cleaned-up thoroughly before they left. This is the 2nd major painting job that ART Industries has done for us, and I would highly recommend them to any family and friends.

We had a back splash installed in our kitchen that my wife wanted to be "Italian-looking" tile with accent pieces added throughout. Adam was instrumental in assisting us with the tile-type selection, and gave us advice on where to buy the tile. Adam did a good job of measuring the job as there was very little waste. It took several days to install as there was alot of detail work (I.e. cutting). Adam arrived on time every day that he was scheduled. Adam was diligent in making sure that the area was clean when finished for the day. Needless to say, my wife is overjoyed with the result that Adam was able to achieve. This is the 3rd project that Adam and his crew have completed at our home, and we would definately recommend him to any of our family or friends.

Never contacted me after the first appointment to give me a quote, or let me know he wasn't interested in doing the work.

There were no problems with the contract negotiations, execution, and follow-up. Excellent contractor that I would certainly higher again if needed.. We were very satisfied. There were some weather related delays as their was a lot of rain.

Owner showed up on time and preformed the measurements, but then took about week to get back to me with an estimate, despite my explanation that I had a limited time to get the projects completed. The estimate provided was fair, except for the painting cost, was way overpriced. However, after asking if we could negotiate price, I was not able to schedule service for other items on the estimate I wanted preformed. No response at all. Approximate Cost: 2100.00

I purchased this deal in October of 2012 and the contractor sent out two workers to look at the job. The workers told me that the doors in my home were not suitable for painting. They called the owner of the company and he agreed to schedule a time for someone to paint one of the rooms in my home. I never heard from them again. I called a few times, no one returned my calls. In the fall/winter of 2013, I called the company again and spoke with the owner. He vaguely remembered speaking with me; he indicated he was too busy at that time and would contact me after the holidays to work something out. I never heard from him again. I contacted him on 4/11/14, 4/16/14 and 4/30/14 by e-mail. I also called him in May of 2014 and left a voice-mail message. He has not acknowledged the e-mails and has not returned my telephone call. EXCELLENT JOB! Adam, the owner, and a helper arrived promptly and completed the project in a day and a half. Adam will personally follow-up to recolor and reseal a few of grout line spots after another contractor installs a patio railing. I was impressed with the processes used in the overlay and the skill of Adam.
