I manage about 150 rental properties in the Upper Darby area. Ive been using this company for the last several years, and the service has always been top notch.

Mechanic was courteous and friendly, while turning my water off so he could do the appliance replacement he noticed water on my floor near my heater, after evaluation he determined my condensation pump was clogged and pumping the water onto my basement floor. He asked if it would be ok if he unclogged my pump, he had to take it apart and clean it out and put back together. Might have taken him 15/20 minutes but he did this at no extra charge.

Our outside drain was stopped and rainwater puddled up. They came on time and cleared the drain to the street. The next rain there was still a backup and they returned to clear something in basement for no extra charge. They were responsive to phone calls and professional. Certainly would recommend them and use them again.

THEY ARE PUNCTUAL AND CLEAN UP EVERYTHING, LOOKS THE SAME AS WHEN THEY START. I WILL DEFINITELY BE USING THEM AGAIN.

Brynden's team did a terrific job. They were professional, good work ethic, creative with solutions to the expected bumps with the reno and followed up on the punch list after the fact. Single source to get access to many good tradesmen. I would use them again for sure.

The technician Tim worked quickly and efficiently, explained the problem clearly and answered all questions. He was respectful and professional at all times. A fair price was given before the work was done.

It went excellent, I contacted Brynden on a Wednesday I got a call back from Brynden Craig the owner on Thursday. My schedule didn't allow me to be home during the week so he organized a tech to come out on Saturday at 10AM. His Technician was on time, really nice and knew his stuff...by 10:30AM he was done and i was able to use my dryer and water my garden before the sun hit its peak...

Called on the evening of 02-02 and received a call back early in the morning on O2-03 and within an hour Dave arrived at our residence and took care of the problem efficiently and so fast. The crew arrived promptly each day, were professional and friendly and laid canvas tarp on my front steps, stairwell and upstairs carpeting each day. Since the main bath is in-between 2 bedrooms, each unmovable item in the access room was covered in thick, heavy plastic for the duration of the project. The team vacuumed the 'dust from the day' prior to leaving the house. I knew ahead of time that there is always that final 'layer of dust' at the close of a project and planned accordingly. I highly recommend this vendor.

These guys were amazing! The men who came out to work were polite and friendly. They made every effort to keep their work areas clean, as we have a six-month old who is crawling everywhere. They were prompt and efficient with the projects. My husband and I were especially impressed at the efforts Brynden and his team made to get everything just how we wanted it. Once the project was completed, I called them back to change the way the powder room tile transitioned to our hardwood floors (I'm very picky!). Despite the fact that my check had already been cashed, Brynden personally came out again and talked me through some other options. After we had decided what we wanted to change, his crew was quickly back at our house, and they made a few minor changes free of charge. The finished project is beautiful. We will definitely be contacting them for our next project.

When we first called them about the basement odor, they came right away and capped the basement plumbing pipes. It went well. We were pretty happy with the service. It did alleviate the odor for a short while. The gentleman said that if the odor came back to give them a call and they would come back to take another look. When the odor came back, I gave them a call and left a message. I never got a call back.

This was the first time we've used their service and it went well.

He is amazing, great with follow up. There not enough A's to give him.

Let me just say in one word our experience with Brynden... AWESOME!!! As 1st time homeowners and facing our first major repair, you can imagine we were just a little apprehensive. Brynden alleviated all of our concerns right from the beginning. Brynden was recommended to us and he had a new water heater installed at our home on Saturday. Great guy! He even took the extra time to show me how to solder plumbing joints since I was interested in learning. Best price, very considerate, kept our house clean. I honestly can't say enough to express our satisfaction with Brynden's work. We will definitely be calling again for future services!!!

Brynden Craig and his crew great are great to work with. They performed the plumbing work on our kitchen renovation project. They installed a new kitchen sink, dishwasher and microwave oven. They also installed a new marble counter top and faucet in our powder room. Brynden provides excellent advice and his work is very professional and his prices are very fair. I highly recommend Brynden Craig Plumbing and Heating.

I was unable to turn off the hot water in my shower and called Brynden Craig around 5 or 6 am and left a message. In less than an hour he returned my call, and soon after that, arrived at my home. I opened the door to a friendly, smiling face who's confidence and knowledge of the plumbing in old homes immediately put me at ease. After investigating a few potential options for repair, he ran out, purchased the part that was needed and even one extra in the event that it happened again in the future because this particular part could be discontinued shortly. Additionally, I asked him to check to see if my humidifier was working on my heater, and he answered that that this was not his specialty but he knew a thing or two about these things and would take a look. After looking at it, he said it appeared to be working fine. He charged $95 dollars. I will always use this company for plumbing (or any other services he specializes in). Top notch service, no bull (trying to sell unnecessary stuff or make problem out to be bigger than it was). Exceptional service. Got him saved in my phone!

Professionalism and quality was outstanding. On time, budget, and the pricing was excellent. Good follow up when there was a minor problem after the installation. Came out and resolved the issue. Very satisfied.
