I made the appointment a couple of weeks in advance after two appointments with another plumber who didn't show up. The appointment window was 2 to 4 pm. I called the office at 11:00 the morning of the appointment to confirm it. The woman in the office said she'd forward my request for a confirmation and I'd get a return call. No one called. I traveled from Delaware to Philadelphia, where the house was located even though I had not gotten a confirmation call. At about 3:10, I called again and was told somebody would call me within 5 minutes. No return call again. I called a third time at around 3:40 or 3:45 and was told the message would be passed on for the plumber to call me to confirm he was coming. At 4:00, not knowing if anybody was coming but not willing to wait any longer since they wouldn't call me back to confirm they would be coming, I headed back to Delaware. At 4:14, as I was driving home to Delaware, Bryndon called and said he'd be at the house in 5 minutes. I said not to bother. I'll find a reliable company instead.

Brynden has always been fantastic to work with. The night we discovered the burst pipe in our basement he face timed with my husband to help him find the shutoff in the basement for just that corner of the house to prevent us from having to shut off water to a larger portion of the house. Brynden also worked with a retailer to help get cartridges for our faucets replaced for free. He has always been very responsive and timely. We've been happy with every project he's worked on in our house. We had a previous plumber try to help with the output of a newly installed radiator and they were unable to make it work properly, but Brynden came up with a great solution that worked really well. We can't recommend him enough.

Christmas night my toilet clogged & overflowed. I was up until 2 a.m. cleaning up & called Brynden Craig first thing the next morning. My call was returned within less than 10 minutes, & even though he was booked for the day, he managed to work me into his schedule & arrived within 2 hours. He kept me informed of his expected arrival & called me when he was a few minutes away (plus, he found my condo unit without me having to meet him in the parking lot!). Mr. Craig had my problem fixed within a couple of minutes. He was efficient, super kind and oh so friendly. We had the best conversation before he left! I would definitely recommend Brynden Craig & plan to use him for my future plumbing needs!

I forget his name but he did an excellent job installing the new garbage disposal. He quickly identified that the old one was leaking which was the possible cause of the short. Explained a feature that was available with the disposal I chose and suggested another issue that should be done soon that I'll be able to do on my own. Was in and out in less than an hour.

Very well. Job was done within time and cost estimated. He did they job without anyone there, there were no issues. Everything looked great .

Plumber came as promised and was able to fix the problem that afternoon. We needed a new expeller and he gave us the price for both models that would fit our system. He was courteous and work area was left cleaner then what it was when he found it. He also pointed out an electrical issue that he was unable to fix, but that we would want to have our electrician take care of sooner rather than later.

Service was excellent! Brynden answered the phone and told me that he would get right back to me as he just needed to check to see where some of his service men were with other jobs. He called me back within 20 minutes to let me know that Tim would be over to take care of my problem within an hour. He also told me up front what the service call would cost. Sure enough, within the hour Tim arrived. He determined that there was a small issue with my water heater that was causing the pilot light to go out and he had the equipment ready to go to fix it. Both Brynden and Tim were professional and helpful. I am so glad I called and will definitely call them again for future needs, as well as recommend them to anyone in the area who needs a plumber!

All employees were prompt, efficient, careful and professional. I believe the price was more than fair for all services. I have previously had a complete bathroom renovation a powder room renovation. My two heating systems have been maintained and one updated to provide greater efficiency. . I also have had misc plumbing repairs, drain cleaning, and chaukling The above comments apply to every service calls.

I own and manage several rental properties in the Media area, and Brynden has been my go to plumber for the past 5 years. He and his employees have always been prompt when it comes to emergencies, and handled everything I've asked of them with professionalism and ease. I've hired him to remodel my own bathroom which turned out great, and he's remodeled a kitchen in a rental as well. In the 15 yrs I've been doing this he is the most reliable and easy to work with plumber I've had.

The service I have always received from this company is superb. I have used him for remodeling bathrooms, replacing water heaters, and kitchen floods and laundry room floods. Because of appliance breakdowns I had to completely redo my kitchen and laundry room. He worked with me and my insurance company and in no time everything was remodeled. Went great. Was kept informed of progress (and issues as they arose) at every step. Contractors showed up when they said they would and performed professionally. Brynden switched some things around so that we wouldn't be without the toilet for the entire renovation. Work was completed right on schedule and just as we had envisioned and discussed. Left our house as clean as he found it. He said we saved a lot because the plumbing didn't need to be moved and, I don't often say this about contractors, but I feel like we got a bargain. Brynden's wasn't the lowest bid, but it wasn't far from it, and considering how great everything was done, and how much was done (soup to nuts), I know we got a bargain.

The team arrived when they promised, looked over the job, made the repair quickly and neatly, cleaned up behind themselves, didn't tramp dirt through my entryway, and sent me a bill to be paid within thirty days. They were polite and friendly, but not overly chatty.

The problem was identified, solution discussed and agreed uponc. and the the work was completed.

Mechanic was courteous and friendly, while turning my water off so he could do the appliance replacement he noticed water on my floor near my heater, after evaluation he determined my condensation pump was clogged and pumping the water onto my basement floor. He asked if it would be ok if he unclogged my pump, he had to take it apart and clean it out and put back together. Might have taken him 15/20 minutes but he did this at no extra charge.

I have used the company many times for a variety of plumbing issues and have recommended to others. Very cost effective, good responsiveness, would recommend again.

Brynden's team did a terrific job. They were professional, good work ethic, creative with solutions to the expected bumps with the reno and followed up on the punch list after the fact. Single source to get access to many good tradesmen. I would use them again for sure.
