Description of Work: I called this company because of their great reviews. Well, the reviews must be attracting a LOT of business because when I called (on 8/4/11) I was told that they could add me to their list, but that they could not guarantee getting my work done before winter, as they are booked into late fall. If there is an early winter I might need to wait until spring. The fellow I spoke with did, upon request, give me a referral to another individual. Anyhow, I would try this firm again for anything not time sensitive but their popularity means they may need to be scheduled far in advance. I appreciate their being very upfront with me.

Description of Work: I spoke with Carl and was informed he had some health issues with his family and was unable to provide me with an estimate because he would be unable to provide the service that he is accustomed to.He did however point me in the right direction. I appreciated the time he took with me. I would definitely call him back in the future
