Description of Work: Needed to have the plumbing vents checked for a possible clog. These folks came out quickly, knew what they were doing and gave me the answers that I needed in under 30 minutes. Punctuality, honesty, skill, these guys have it all.

Description of Work: There was some difficulty with scheduling but, some of this was my own fault due to work schedule. Once there, they got right to it and even made a trip for needed fawcets. I was very comfortable with them in my home and would recommend them to anyone.

Description of Work: I contracted for the "deal" because of a leak in my kitchen spray nozzle, shower head and slightly running toilet. I felt like I was talked into replacing the entire kitchen faucet, shower assembly, and replace all toilet insides. I was charged time to run for parts and overcharged at local plumbing supply store. When I comparison shopped for exact same item at Home Depot I was told even those the serial #'s are the same, it's a different - more durable part made for the plumbing supply company. As a result I paid an overinflated price for what I would have been able to pick up locally. I think the plumber that was dispatched wanted to make it easier for him (and more costly for me) to replace more than what may have been needed. I disputed the labor billing and was reimbursed 30 minutes time, but that did not take away from my dissatisfaction from my overall experience. There was no disclaimer upfront about this being a point to point service trip, meaning that you are on the clock for the time it takes the person to get to your home - quite unlike what other offerings and professionals practice.

Description of Work: They removed and replaced a toilet to clean a stopped drain line. They were very friendly and arrived at the time quoted. They did the job quickly and with no interruption to our daily routine. I just thought the price was a little high.

Description of Work: The cost was for a check valve on the piping near the water meter. The cost charged was for 2 men at two hours. We decided to get another estimate, and went with another company. Ended up paying $100 for part and labor. The repair took 20 minutes. Good people, a little overpriced on this job. Pays to get a couple of estimates!

Description of Work: We have an older home that did not have a clean out for the washer to empty. After fighting over a home warranty I gave Construxx a call. Construxx's gave me the service I needed at a price that was affordable. The owner is a great person to do business with as he tells it how it is and doesn't bs around and around. He set the price and told me when we were ready to call him back and he would install the clean out. He did everything he said he would at the price quoted. I would recommend Construxx's to anyone who is in need of a quality plumber!
