Excellent. Neftali was able to tell me that it was the pump on the dishwasher and not the plumbing. Assisted in purchasing a dishwasher that would fit in the existing space. Also was able to fix doors on the freezer and refrigerator. He was professional and did not get upset when my golden retriever wanted to assist him.

No issues or concerns. It was done in a very timely manner and I was very satisfied.

Initially I thought it went well. However, Jeremy never fixed the one outside spigot that was leaking. Instead, he added a new one, which was not a problem for me at that time, however the original outside faucet is still there and cannot be stopped from leaking. This is costing me high water bills and I will have to call someone to remove it which will be extra $$ I shouldn't have to pay. I am more than disappointed!!!!!!!!!

I request the quotes. Instead they send message to me and tried to set up appointment. When l asked about quotes, it’s representative Respond to me she will send to me this info as soon as she get this . Never happened.

In January 2016, my electric water heater wasn't functioning properly. I arranged service with Construxx and Jeremy was the labor technician assigned to this job. He spent all of five minutes looking at the water heater, noticed the reset was tripped, reset it, and handed me an invoice for $115.00. After Jeremy left, the water heater continued to trip the reset. I didn't bother calling Construxx back since I was charged $115.00 for a job that was not diagnosed/fix properly. I should have called and asked for my money back. Instead of that hassle, I did my own research, diagnosed the problem, and replaced the elements and thermostat on my own, which ran me about $25.00.

Work was done promptly to restore service to tenant. Left the area neat and clean. Price was reasonable and staff were very courteous. Have used Construxx before and will call them again if a need arises

We had a leak in our dining room ceiling from pipes above. The work was completed in a very professional manner and at a good price. I would hire them again.

Everything went as planned. Harold, Jeremy & Dave were great to deal with. They were there when they said they would be and did the job they were hired to do. The cast iron sewer line under the house was corroded, it needed ripped out and replaced with PVC pipe. I will definitely use them again for future plumbing jobs.

Went great. Called with an emergency early Saturday morning and they were here before noon to resolve the problem.

It went well. I just wished that they would have told me that they were going to proceed with another part of my sink. It was a miscommunication. He said he thought I wanted him to do everything or all the jobs. So, then, they charged me extra. It wasn't too expensive. But still, I wished there was just clear communication on their end. I did place the order to have something fixed. But, I just wanted him to check something else and he just went ahead and checked it and fixed it too. They could have given a better explanation for the pricing of service. They cleaned up after themselves.

It went well. I thought for the amount of time he was here that the price was high but it was done right. They also came back at no charge when I was having water leak into my basement. The plumber checked the sewer line and had to cut out the clean out and put a new clean out cover on. He could not find a leak in either the sewer line or the water line so it must be fresh water from outside. He did not charge me for this so I'm thinking it all evened out. I will not call any other company for plumbing needs for my home.

They were super courteous, punctual, professional, very nice, and very knowledgeable.
