I needed a new shutoff valve to the outside water. They came out and gave me an estimate the day I called. They set up a date to do the work. The plumber came on the date at the time specified and completed the work in a professional manner.

On a separate occasion, we needed our water line that goes to the new refrigerator we were getting to be checked and turned on. After turning on the valve, a leak started. Harold was in the neighborhood and came to tighten it 10 minutes later! (Talk about service!) Then they came back a couple of days later and replaced the valve. Very friendly and responsive service.

It turns out that the pump was working. they came when they said they would. They checked the pump out right away. They were courteous and honest. They could have told me the pump was not working and installed a new one and I would have been none the wiser. They also did not charge me anything. I thought that was amazing. I WILL call Construxx Inc for my next plumbing problem.

The tech was very professional and worked very quickly. He didn't have the necessary parts with him & the kit I had purchased didnt have the correct parts so he was able to go to his supplier, get the necessary parts, & complete the repair very quickly. The price for the job was very reasonable considering he had to go purchase the correct parts. I also got estimates from him for two other jobs that I want to get done.

It was great. He was very polite. He works really fast. They could come basically in the same day I called them. I looked up at a lot of plumbing prices and they weren't the lowest price but then what they ended up charging me was really low.

Problem: Water was dripping from the ceiling in my laundry room from the bathroom tub that was directly above it on the second level. They were the only available people to quickly take on the job. The other BIG name companies gave appointments 1-2 days later. Construxx arrived in 30 minutes, understood the problem, explained to me the job involved, took my permission to start work order and got down to business in no time. They figured out the problem quickly and replaced a damaged shoe pipe in no time. DONE. They were helpful to also move the washer/dryer out of the laundry room so they could work...and moved it back after they were done, Would definitely go back to Construxx in the future...highly recommend.

They were quick and efficient and left no mess whatsoever. The problem is fixed, and I will definitely re-use them in the future. Highly recommended.

Wonderful service. Came in several hundred dollars below one of BIG area companies. I wish I had found this company a long time ago. I highly recommend them.

I'm a busy Mom with 4 children who has been annoyed by her slow draining bathroom sink. I haven't needed a plumber in 4 years but I immediately went to Construxx Plumbing because we had success with them in 2009. They had someone there within the hour and it wasn't even an emergency. (I observed that they communicate VERY efficiently and professionally with each other.) Construxx was kind and knowledgeable but most importantly they understood we wanted the problem fixed with little expense. They ended up pulling out an old supply line (metal fixture) that was stuck in our drain! They only charged me for actual work-time. They did talk awhile to us "off the clock" about caring for our pipes and things not to do. Our only other dealing with them happened 4 years ago when we first purchased our home. After living here for 3 days our plumbing was NOT WORKING! We called Construxx Plumbing and they quickly found out with their cameras that our old clay pipes connecting to the main sewer line were broken. They also found tools stuck in our pipe that were left from the man who sold us the house! (From him trying to fix it.) Construxx had evidence of his knowing of the problem beforehand! We went to the seller and asked that he pay to have this $4,000 problem fixed. He did with no other choice! I had a chance today to speak again with the owner about that nightmare 4 years ago. Harold (owner of Construxx) remembered the dishonesty of the seller and how he tried to persuade him to lie about the severity of our mainline broken pipe and the recovered tools that Construxx found and held as evidence. Sadly it is common for those that flip houses to have dishonest relationships with tradesmen. (Like I will scratch your back if you scratch mine.) I am sad to have gone through that ordeal but am happy to have witnessed Construxx Plumbing's honesty and integrity first hand as they WOULD NOT LIE under any circumstances. They will continue to be our plumber.

Although we never lost electricity in our house before, we were rather nervous that we would with Hurricane Sandy approaching. We previously purchased a battery backup system for our sump pump, but we were not comfortable installing it ourselves. I contacted Construxx early Monday morning (first day of the storm) and Harold and Jeremy were at our house by 4pm. They made sure they could fit us into their schedule. At this point, water was already pouring in and our sump pump was running every few minutes. Harold and Jeremy got to work right away and were done in two hours ($80/hr/person for labor). They also pointed out some improvements we should make in the future to have a safer (and more efficient) system. We will be sure to contact Construxx when we are ready to have that work completed. Needless to say, we were at ease after they left knowing our basement would not flood if we lost electricity. Thank you Construxx!

They are a local business. The guy that came out was very knowledgeable and informative. I thought it was something completely different then what it was. They came out and looked at everything and didn't charge me for the estimate or to come out a 2nd time to check on it. It turns out the leak wasn't a leak after all the water just wasn't evaporating fast enough. They are a really nice group of people to work with. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the area!

Water stopped at 1am Friday morning - anxiously called at 5am, and call was ANSWERED by a live person. Fit us in at end of day on Friday; consistently called to update us on arrival time (refreshing!) Up front about problem and pricing. Performed work on Monday morning through afternoon - beautiful job. Completely professional and friendly to interact with. So comfortable with their work, I took a nap while they finished up. Would ABSOLUTELY recommend and hire again! Only suggestion for improvement would be an itemized receipt, but their price was fair for the work done, especially when the quality is considered (quite happy to have the water flowing again). Thanks, guys! :)

Construxx originally came to my house on a Sunday afternoon to take a look at a leaky kitchen drain. An estimate was given and plans made to return the next day to perform the work. Monday they opened up the wall behind my dishwasher and under the sink; fixed 3 separate leaks (including one on the roof at the vent pipe); closed up the openings made; cleaned up after themselves; came in as estimated and were polite and personable. Highly recommend.

Contacted Construxx by phone Monday mid PM leaving message that I had a 25 gallon per day shower faucet leak. They called back within the hour saying they considered a leak that size an emergency and ensured thay would have a tech there the next day. Tech called first and showed up mid morning on Tuesday. Job turned into more than simple washer or cartridge replacement. Tech went right to work in a professional and knowledgeable manner. Upon completion, tech went out to vehicle to calculate bill. Comes into house 5 minutes later saying - this is too much. calculation says $1000, but that's too high; i'll round it to $700. Never had a service technician want to charge me less. Wonderful experience! Will call for any future plumbing work.

Construxx was very responsive and accommodating to my tight schedule. They removed the old toilets and then waited for days until we were done tiling the new bathroom floors. Then one of the service technicians came by after work, on his own time, and installed the new toilets. They gave me a price break on the cost of the multiple toilet installations as well. We did have an issue with the wrong size shutoff valve being installed on a sink inlet. However, I added the valve job after Construxx was already here working on the toilets and they did not have the proper size valve in the truck. One call to the company and the technician came out and reinstalled the correct size valve. Not a problem. Water pressure tank installation was also satisfactory. Am hiring this company again to do work on another bathroom.

They had to come out the next day. They ran a camera down the line and they didn't charge an additional fee for the camera. They charged only an hourly rate. I would use them again in the future.

Very professional, charges were as estimated, very responsive to phone calls. I will (and have) used them again and recommend them for quality service at a fair price. Price above includes the marble countertop ($1000) as well as the faucets and the labor.

The job went on well and it was a nice service. The person, who came for the service, was really kind and seemed to fix the problem, but it was a little more than we accepted to spend. He did fix the problem at least for now and he was explaining what he was going to do. I may use his services in future.

I can't say enough good things about Construxx. We had a leak in our home and Harold root caused it. He and his team were fast and conscientious. They also gave me a wonderful price. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

Repairs needed to property for sale per inspection. Called and arranged meet. Examined problem and did work during meet. Prompt, very Courteous, very reasonable. Have used this company previously for installation of water treatment system, commode repairs, faucet replacements. Very satisfied with service and prices.
