Awesome expereince.

He removes snow whenever there is an abundant snowfall. He is reliable and does a good job.

I have used this service for most of the season, and from the start, when asked if I wanted them to come every time it snowed, I declined as we own a snow blower. During yesterday's recent blizzard, my wife noticed that he was plowing our driveway, though we didn't call. We didn't question it as we needed to have it plowed. When we were ready to pay, we learned that he not only went up an additional $10, but that he charged us for another snowfall of about 3" when we didn't ask for our driveway to be plowed. We have a neighbor who does this on occasion and assumed he had done it. Essentially, we were billed $45 more than we anticipated. We were surprised, but I will say that he does a good job. I just wish we were told of the increase and it was not assumed that we suddenly wanted him to come for every snowfall, as I had a feeling something like this would happen.

Not only did he come earlier than anticipated, which was a plus, he shoveled in front of my garage, the area the plow could not get to.

I spoke to him and he set an appointment to come out. He never showed up. 2 days later I get a call and he said he forgot to show up. He quoted us $2500-3000 for vinyl roofing. I found someone that charges less for superior materials.

THE INSTALLERS ARRIVED & COMPLETED THE JOB ON TIME. THE WINDOWS LOOK GREAT & MOST OF ALL, IT REDUCED MY HEATING COST.

The company returned my call the same day. Robert agreed to come and see the damage the following day. He was on time, and very professional . The job was scheduled and completed on time to my satisfaction. I would recommend him to my friends anytime.

One phone call this morning, spoke to Robert himself and made an appointment for the end of the snow tonight. He called to confirm address and directions and say that he was on the way. Showed up within 15 minutes of the confirmation call, introduced himself and asked a few questions since it was his first time plowing this property. He cleared the front quickly and effortlessly and avoided all of the pitfalls of our new landscaping. I wasn't sure how he would handle an area that could not be reached by the large truck plow but the truck slowed and the passenger door opened. His son alighted, shovel in hand, and pushed the wayward snow into the truck's path while directing his dad on the needed plow direction. A few minutes later and all was clear. Overall and great experience, very friendly father and son team - good natured, communicative and accommodating. Already requested to be added to their normal plow rounds and plan to have back in the Spring to look at some other house projects.

They were very quick and efficient.

When I called initially, Mr. Robert Heh answered and re-routed me to his office to make an appointment. Both Mr. Heh and the woman making the appointment were extremely pleasant. The appointment was made for the next day or so. Mr. Heh's office even called to say that another job was running over, apologized and told me when he would be there. When the work was done about a week later, it was completed early and was done so well that I couldn't tell I had it done. I definitely recommend Robert W. Heh, Jr Construction.

Working directly with Rob is the best option. I worked with another woman in the phone to schedule my estimate and make payments but other than that, I preferred to work with Rob on all other aspects of the job.

They did a great job. They seem to be professional. They were committed to the project and came back and finished the work appropriately. They were very good. They were the best priced.

Very pleasant phone contact, had to get clarification on estimate, I was not on premises when job was done, but a friend who was said there seemed to be a lot of kids with the contractor running around, and that friend had to run into town to buy nails that were either forgotten or not supplied, somehow. The finished job is very nice, quick. I would use them again as the job is done well, but would be there to see what the deal is with kids around.

This company is phenomenal!!! Robert and his crew have practically rebuilt my house. Robert came out personally to give me an estimate and was on the job throughout the entire process from beginning to end. His crew consists of his daughter, son in law and 2 other men who have worked with Robert for over 15 years. After getting estimate's from other companies, I decided to use Robert Heh Construction because of the great referals he gave me and the fact that they are insured and also registered with the state's attorney general and have been in business in the Pocono's for 32 years. If you're familiar with contractors in the Pocono's than you know this is a miracle in itself! This is the reason I'm writing this review! You just can't find guys like this around here! They did an amazing job on my roof and Robert was even present when our insurance adjuster came to view the damage to the house. He took care of everything! I have never been so pleased with any other service I have ever recieved. I will never use anyone else for my home's repair needs. He brought a group of professionals to do my work, not an immigrant crew. They all wore uniforms and each had their own license and insurance to show me. I can't believe I hadn't heard about these guys sooner. They always showed up, they were always on time and they came ready to work and got the job done the right way. Robert didn't give me the cheapest quote (and he wasn't the highest bid either) but he did give me what other contractors failed to, PEACE OF MIND!
