Never responded to my inquiry for an estimate. **** them

I spoke to Mr. Heh directly and I was told someone from his office would contact me to set up a date and I never heard back from either him or his office. My feeling was that he was apparently too busy to call back or felt my job wasn't big enough to be bothered with. Either way I gave him a rating of F for failing to reach back to me.

Very well they did the job in one day and it looks great! I will be enjoying my patio allot more now.

It went excellent, I've been using them before, fair in price and he's very detailed.

The estimate was promptly received and explained. The background of the Heh construction was provided with the experience of the crew and the valuable and professional service they can provide. The installation occurred in a timely manner and was completed in a day. The crew did a great job of prep and cleanup. The roof looks great and just as we'd hoped. I'd have no problem using them again and my neighbor already has.

Went pretty well, but I felt the clean up could have been better

He responded almost immediately to my phone message. He was prompt in coming to inspect and repair my roof. Explained to me why the tiles were coming undone, charged me reasonably, was friendly and professional.

Overall the workmanship was excellent. A slight curve thrown here and there but nothing that would cause more than an unexpected grimace. My only negative comment would be regarding communication. They were very responsive whenever I or my wife called but them telling us what needed to be done exactly and when regarding preparation by us was less than desirable. There was a slight delay due to our not knowing the degree of clearing needed for the inside work and I felt this should have been made clearer than it was. Just a misunderstanding really. Without the communication problem this would have been straight A's across the board.

After inspecting roof and taking pictures on my phone, , to show me that complete sections. of roof was bare. I agreed a new was needed and sign a contract for it. Two weeks later new roof was installed as agreed.

Mr. Heh and his employees were professional, polite, and installed a great looking roof. They worked in cold November weather, that increased the time of completion but they did't sacrifice quality. We were very pleased.

He said that if I didn?t have any leaks in my house that the chances were there was no problem with my roof; he said he didn?t want to charge me for coming out if there were no issues. I appreciated his honesty; he told me what to look for and said if I saw any of those signs to call him back. You can?t beat that kind of honesty.

Awesome! He brought his whole crew to remove the 36+ inches of snow on the roof of our home in the Poconos. Then,they had to clear our deck from all the additional snow removed from the roof! They really worked hard. Nice folks and would definitely use them again! : )

They did great work, quick and responsive to all my needs.

Owner showed up on time to give an estimate and was very professional. The crew showed up the next day did the work quickly and efficiently. When they were done I paid with a check. It was painless, they did a good job and would not hesitate to use them again.

I am unsatisfied with the service, it felt more like I paid $99 for an estimate. They said I need a new roof and wouldn't do a single thing to fix anything

The $99 I paid to Angie's List did not have any effect on the total cost of this project. I won't do that again.

He came out and told me what could be done. I was under the impression that I would get a plan as to what he would be doing. He told me he could draw up the plans but that it would cost $1,000.00. I thought that was what the $49 was for and I decided to not continue with him.

We had to tell his crew--which consisted of two people--that the sliding doors were installed incorrectly and had to be re-installed. They were obviously installed crooked. Then Mr. Heh tried to say that was the wall and not the window installers' fault. They also ordered the wrong size door, which delayed installation by several days. They eventually corrected the issues, but it was an aggravation.

They were on time, ready to go and did a great job, with particular attention paid to not damaging the roof or the shingles (used plastic shovels and took extra care when chopping ice blocks). I will hire them again for other construction and roofing related work based on their professionalism.
