GREAT! He and his crew were here when they said and made sure the area was cleaned up nicely when they had finished. Very good to work with.

Made a call at 8am. Was at the house within an hour and took care of the issue quickly. Put down tarps at the front door and at the worksite to make sure he didn't bring anything into the house. Very professional and courteous.

he fixed the leak and then discovered we had another leak. he promptly repaired the pipe. he was very polite and very neat. I would recommend this company to everyone.

I called Michael's Plumbing after finding excellent reviews for him on ANGIE'S LIST. Michael drove out the following day to take measurements and specs and said he could come back and install it the day after Thanksgiving. I purchased the heater and had it ready to install . He and his assistant arrived at appointed time, helped me unload the new heater and then disconnected old heater. He completed the new hot water heater installation in about 2 hours.

Very well he showed up on time. His price was good.

Michael replaced the hot & cold on jacuzzi tub faucet and replaced 5 feet of sewer drain in basement. He had to return with the correct parts for the sewer drain and only charged for the jacuzzi (parts and labor). He made sure that sewer pipe was functional since he was not able to return the next day. He did the jacuzzi on 6/15/16 and the sewer drain on 6/23/16.

Michael was amazing from the word go. I called him quite panicked after our plans changed meaning we would need service within the next 48 hours (over a weekend). He patiently answered all my questions and was honest about what would and would not be effective for us - even though that meant a less expensive sale for him. Additionally, when all was said and done Michael charged us exactly what he quoted us over the phone. Michael and his assistant Dan were punctual, extremely clean and very thorough. They explained everything along the way and even fixed something they noticed while working on our water heater. I would highly recommend Michael's Plumbing. We already plan to use this company in the future.

Projects went extremely well. My experience working with Michael went very well from the moment he answer my phone call to the last day of the project. He was prompt, showed up on time, he was clear and explained every step of the process, very professional and friendly. I will be using his services in the future and certainly will be highly recommended to our friends and family!.

Michael was on time. Faucet installation was efficient with no issues. He was careful of my granite counter top and made sure the faucet looked and worked well. Very satisfied with knowledge and work. I am using him again next week to resolve another issue. Previous positive reviews were helpful and apparently correct. His rates are very reasonable.

Michael arrived on time as usual. I was not at home so I gave him access to the house. I bought the water heater and he removedid and replaced the old one. He is great, professional and trustworthy. He called me when he was done and said " YOU SHOULD HAVE PLENTY OF HOT WATER WHEN YOU GET HOME" We both laughed. I did have plenty of HOT water and still do. Michael will do a shower kit replacement for two baths next.

I am very happy with the work that Michael did for me. I called him on a Saturday to see if he could help me. I had a leak in the basement which was diagnosed as a loose septic pipe coming from my upstairs bathroom. He came within the hour to my house to look at the issue and gave me an estimate. Returned on Monday and fixed the problem and also took care of an issue I had with a wall mounted natural gas heater. I highly recommend Michael. I will definitely use him again for any plumbing needs.

My cold water laundry valve broke and needed to be replaced. I also had a spigot that I could not use because the pipe had frozen and burst. I called Michael and he returned my call within 20 minutes. We spoke on the phone about the needed repairs and Michael set up an appointment for me that Saturday. He arrived promptly and was very professional, pleasant and eager to fix my broken items. He fixed the water valve first- he cut, replaced and soldered the pipe and installed the cold water laundry valve. After that he went on to locate the busted pipe within the wall attached to the spigot. He did a few measurements and was able to locate the busted pipe exactly with in a few minutes. He cut a small square in the wall and removed the square of sheet rock to access the pipe. He easily repaired the pipe and he even installed a valve on the pipe so that I could shut off the water to the spigot and never have a frozen pipe again. Michael is a pro and has been in business for over 30 years. He is proud of his profession and has a remarkable reputation. He is easy to talk to, we chatted most of the time he was there while he worked. He loves animals, he played with my little popeye as he went back and forth to his truck for his tools. I am going to use Michael for all of my future plumbing needs as he is the only one I trust now to work on my home. If you want a reliable, honest, hardworking professional then Michael's Plumbing is who you should call. Michael will call back and you will see from your first conversation that he is the man for the job! I have another job for him which is replacing my shower valves and installing new shower kits for both of my bathrooms. I know that he will do an excellent job on that as well.

All went well. Michael is efficient, on time and very good with his work. He leaves everything clean and tidy.

I called Michael about not having any hot water. He came out the same day and checked the problem out. The water heater had to be replaced and he came back the very next morning and did the job. Michael is very professional, courteous, and you can tell he cares about his customers and takes pride in the work he does. I will not hesitate to call him for any future work I need done. I will, without question, recommend him to family, friends and neighbors.

I contacted Michael and he was very courteous over the phone and work with a convenient date for a appointment. There was a two dates which was to understand what needed to get done. The next date was the actual work that was done. He is very knowledgeable about he profession. He also after the work was done explain everything that was done. I am soooooo satisfied with the work. I will be hiring him for all my project dealing with plumbing in the future.

I contacted Michael by phone, we over the details of the issues that I had. He was very accommodating as I was scheduling this work for a tenant that lives in my house. I asked if could contact the tenant for details and he gladly took over the process from there. He contacted my tenant for directions and better understanding of the problems. He went out the same day and took care of the issues. He cleared all his work thru me and gave me estimates that exactly matched my final costs. Michael is now top on my list for any Plumbing problems/projects I might have in the future.

After 2 hours, the water came back to the kitchen.
