I needed to hire someone to repair the heating element on my water heater. I found names of a few contractors in my area but decided on Michael's plumbing. After being without hot water for a few days, it was such a relief to hear him say "I can be there in 2 hours". He was punctual, friendly, and professional. Got the job done and kept me informed throughout the process. Would hire again for future repairs without a doubt.

He was able to temporarily fix the leak and provided thorough guidance on to next steps for permanent solutions on both faucets as well as pricing and timeline. He was very informative, courteous, and quick; also timing his work with other contractors there at the same time collaborating efficiently. We will be using him for the future repairs and recommend highly.

I had to help . He had no partner with him. Needed help removing old and bringing in the new one as well . And I had to get rid of all my own garbage.

I called on a Saturday, received a quick response and a punctual service call the following day as we agreed upon. The problem was corrected efficiently and professionally. My floors were protected from damage and the job site was cleaned up afterwards. The charge for service was fair.

Very well. Michael responded promptly to my phone call, came when he said he would come, and fixed the problem (which was a corroded fitting on top of the heater) doing a top notch job. He and his assistant were courteous, friendly and professional in every way. I first called about a non-working toilet, spoke to Michael, and he actually came out the same day. We had had a blizzard and lost power for 5 days. We have a water well, so without electricity there was no plumbing. When the power came back on, dirt from the well apparently got into a lot of things. The toilet was one of them. He cleaned the tank all out, as well as the mechanism, tried it, and it seemed working fine. The next time I tried it, the tank wouldn't fill. I called and he came back today, put in a whole new part, and didn't charge us a thing. He was also very quick and efficient for the installation of the house water filter system. Michael is a professional of the uppermost level. He cares about and takes pride in his work. We would recommend him without hesitation.
