Frankie was very professional in his demeanor. He and his team worked very hard on a hot day a bit more than 12 hours. The roof had some damage that we were not aware of that became aparent as they had taken the old shingles off the roof. They immediately went and purchased material necessary and even replaced a few beams in the garage which had the worst condition

Frankie is professional, respectful, reliable. His business is A+ quality. The work that was completed was repair and roof installation along with gutter replacement and added guards. He saw the project, gave a quote and it was just as he said it would be and written on the proposal. I highly recommend this company. Overall everything went very well I kept changing the dates and Frankie stayed very nice about it. They did a great job they were here on time and we're very friendly and professional I would definitely hire Frankie contracting again.

Frankie Contractor LLC. is a first rate company, very professional, very honest and aim to please. He and his men came to my home at about 6:30 am finished about 3:30 pm. Cleaned up, as if nothing happened. His price was very satisfactory. Hire him without delay. My wife and I are very happy we did.

As a former contractor I know excellent work Frankie Contractor LLC is a quality organization. My job was a complicated one. His team knew exactly what to do and did it professionally. I was amazed that there are still people like Frankie. No nonsense and honest. I am very pleased .

Frankie explained everything to me that needed to be done and why it should be done. He did a thorough estimate and came in at a very fair and reasonable price. They installed my roof within the next week and did so in one day. Also, most other contractors only guarantee one year labor warranty and he guaranteed 7 years and 50 for shingles. The workers were very nice and cleaned up afterwards. I highly recommend hiring him. You won't be disappointed.

Frankie and his team were an extremely hard-working crew and our roof and gutter project was done within a week of hiring them. Everyone showed up bright and early at 7 am and worked until 7 pm. All the major work was done and everything was cleared away (better than before they arrived!) in only one day. The gutter installation was done within a few days and Frankie did the gutter guards within a week of the roof installation. My husband and I were completely satisfied, and we would strong recommend Frankie Construction for anyone needing a new roof and gutters. His prices was very reasonable and competitive with other companies. I also like to hire veterans when possible. Read the reviews and you will be happy you chose this 5-star roofer! We are 100% satisfied with the work done by this company.

Some debris left on ground: nails, paper, some roof shingles but otherwise not bad.

We had the pleasure of using Frankie Contractor LLC to replace the roof on our home. Frankie and his large, very professional team showed up even earlier than expected. Each and every crew member worked tirelessly throughout the day. One worker had the job of cleaning up constantly. There was no sitting around, or chitchat. Each and every team member knew what needed to be done, and they executed their parts flawlessly. Frankieâ s expert team is a well oiled machine. The huge roof was completed in just one day, as promised! When they were finished everything was back in place and the property was left as they found it. The roof is guaranteed for 50 years. It looks great! If I have any problems I will update this review, but for now I can say, I highly recommend Frankie Contractor LLC, for all your roofing needs.
