Not only was the whole crew efficient and worked well together but Frankie also found out errors that were made on our roof prior and that's why we had leaks and he fixed everything beautifully. Also my neighbor had a roof put on by him over 10 years ago and there were no leaks and everything is good. Because of my neighbor's recommendation is the reason why I picked Frankie. It's very hard to find a good reliable contractor such as him.

Frankie was great to work with from beginning to end. He was observant and straightforward in his assessment of our roof and skylight issues. His estimate of costs was a good value in comparison to other estimates. He was flexible and accommodating in scheduling the job. He and his crew were on time and very efficient at getting the job done in one day, as promised. They worked cleanly and were careful to protect the house and surroundings. Frankie even took video of the roof during and after- showing an accurately finished beautiful roof and skylight. A completely professional job! Well done and highly recommended.
