He was very professional and wrote everything on a contract He started the job with a specific time and completed the job on time. He clean all the surrounding areas.

Thank he was on time and work quickly and professionally.I was however disappointed that new drip edge was not applied even after discussion prior to the job on the phone. I also would expect them to bring some additional material, like plywood just in case it was needed.

Frankie and his crew were awesome! Very professional and knowledgeable. Free estimate was accomplished 2 days after we spoke and the job finished less than a week after we finalized the contract. He came in over $1000 less than the other company I had look at the roof and the work was impeccable. In and out in 1 day with absolutely no mess when he left. He replaced any damaged or questionable boards and plywood and explained/showed me everything along the way. I Highly recommend Frankie Contractor llc and his crew.

These seven men (which included Frankie, the boss) worked HARD for 10 hours (7 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.) to finish the while roof in a single day. I watched them off and on all day--no slacking on the job, and each did his part enthusiastically. From all I could tell, it was a highly professional job. I would definitely hire them again for any roofing work on my property.

First Class is how I would describe Frankie Contracting LLC. and his crew. This is second time I hired Frankie to do a roofing project and like first one, this project done in superlative manner. It more complex than the first as involved a combination of tradition and high tech materials couple with supporting high tech roofing applications. It came out perfectly. I would hire this company again and comes with my highest recommendation.

Frankie responded immediately to my request for an estimate. He walked the roof, took pictures, and explained his estimate using the pictures. He also showed me samples of the shingles and other materials he would be using. Another company said they would never go on the roof without permission and used some sort of imaging and thought part of my roof was flat (it is not) then gave me a very high estimate. My brother-in-law, who has his own construction business, looked at the three bids I got for my roof and said go with Frankie Contractor, LLC., the estimate looks good and the price is fair. Frankie kept in contact about the day his company would come to replace my roof. The crew was quiet, respectful, and hard-working and completed the job in a day. The new roof looks great with Timberline shingles. Clean-up was good. If I had any complaint at all it would be that there are shingles and roof dirt in my attic and I am not sure why or how it got inside the house. Recently my shingle warranty arrived in the mail so Frankie went full circle and completed the job by doing what needed to be done to register the job with the shingle company for the warranty. Frankie made the chore of getting a new roof easy. It was a pleasure to work with him!

Frankie and his crew did a great job for my parents. He was the first contractor to come and my mom liked him so much she hired him on the spot. He walked the roof and was very thorough in providing two options for my parents. They chose a complete replacement of the house roof. They arrived on time and they worked hard in the hot sun and completed the job in one day. They fixed all the underlying problems in the roof structure and then put on a beautiful roof. My mom was really impressed with the job and workmanship. The house looks amazing. It poured down with rain last night after he installed the roof and today it just shines. When I'm ready to do my house Frankie is my choice. We highly recommend Frankie!

I was extremely pleased with Frankie Contractor LLC. He was professional and very knowledgeable. He walked our roof not only to examine its condition but also to measure so that he could give us an accurate estimate. When he finished with his inspection, he explained exactly what he was going to do and what materials he would be using. He had a brochure for us to review and to select a color. He wrote up the estimate for us. After reviewing the estimate, my wife and I decided to allow Frankie Contractors to replace our roof. The final cost for replacing the roof was exactly what he stated in the estimate. There were no hidden costs or fees, and the job was completed in the time he estimated. We set a date for him to start work. He and his crew arrived on time and worked for two full days. His crew were also extremely capable, and worked diligently removing our old roofing shingles and putting on the new roofing material and shingles. Our roof is not a simple one. We have many peaks and valleys and a large skylight. They not only did an excellent job on the roof but also did a great job of cleaning up. There were no remains or scarps of roofing material left behind. I would highly recommend Frankie Contractor LLC.

Frankie did an excellent job on our roof. He came up when he said he would and was done on time too. After he had already left and been paid, I contacted him with a concern about the work that had been done. He came back out within a few days, answered all questions and addressed all of my concerns. Having a reliable and honest contractor makes a big difference. We are very pleased with the work completed including the three huge skylights that were replaced, which looks amazing.

They were prompt and professional. The quality of work is superb! They worked efficiently and effectively. Materials were delivered on time. I was expecting a two day effort including replacing 5 skylights and damaged roof sections. They understood what it would take and got the job done in one day. I would hire this company again!!
