The project went smoothly from the first consult to the completion of the project. Frankie was friendly and has a very pleasant team of professionals. He has the absolute best price I could find among the 15 other contractors I consulted with. He was punctual and the only time these guys were late was to take their lunch. I am pleased with their service and will recommend them very highly.

Frankie helped us to replace our roof. Since we live in NYC, we had some concerns about upcoming project, but everything went smoothly. Frankie got all permits needed for the job, helped us to order exactly what we wanted , color and style we were looking for. It was a special order so had so wait few months for delivery, but it was worth waiting. His guys showed up on time, cleaned up, and completed the projects quickly and as scheduled. I would say for less than 8 hours entire roof was replaced. Guys did such a great job and were quick and efficient. We would definitely recommend to anyone looking to have their roof replaced.

Frankie was very reasonable undercut my best offer by several thousand dollars. They were thorough and professional and finished the total roof replacement within 5hrs. I would recommend them if you have a roofing job!

His team turned up on time and did work fast. After 2 months there has been no problem. I wanted to add a downspout but he turned up saying he could not find it so I had to go out and buy it. The cost was reasonable but not cheap but then he wanted another $100 just to attach the downspout to the gutter connection. Overall he is a better contractor than many out there. I would hire him again but make sure you get an agreement that he will do everything you want.

They did not block off areas they threw roofing material down on. Broke a solar light, found several nails in the grass so far where kids and pets run. Need to put tarps around whole outside if throwing things off all sides. Great job and nice guys.
