I I contacted Madden Landscape Lawn by Email through angies list on 9/22/15 to find out if he does lawn leaf removal in my area. On 9/24/15 I received an e-mail from Madden Landscape that i would be called to arrange a time to come to my property signed by Daryl. I responded on 9/26 asking if the answer machine picked up please leave me a message. Today is 10/18/15 . I am giving the company this review so other consumers should not waste valuable time on this firm. In the meantime I picked out someone else who was very prompt with a visit to my property. This company got my business. I never heard from Madden Landscape to date.

Work was done while I was at work. When I got home and saw the work that was done I was impressed. The bed never looked so good. A neighbor even commented on how it looked. Top notch.

I scheduled him to come out to do mulching & shrub trimming like the previous times. This was scheduled 5 weeks prior!! The week before Daryl said he would be out on the following Friday. I told him the only day that would not work would be that Thursday the day before! He calls me on that Thursday morning & says he would be out in the afternoon...I said it would not work my husband has a cardiologist appointment I must go to with him. I DO NOT like to have work done on my property without me present. I said what about another day next week...he said "I am booked up for the next month"!!! I said you can't fit me in..he said NO!! I told him we scheduled this 5 weeks ago... HE DIDN' T EVEN CARE!!! Nice feeling to do business with somebody since he started out a few years ago...NOW HE IS SOOO BUSY & TREATS A LOYAL CUSTOMER THAT WAY!!! I will find someone else!!!

It went beautifully. Daryll answered our request for an estimate promptly, sent a written estimate and complete explanation of work to be done the next day and the work was performed just as promised. Our lawn (we have a large property) went from ninety five percent weeds to beautiful new grass coming up all over. He also came back to fertilize a second time and one more mowing before winter. My husband and I are absolutely delighted with the professional service and, of course, the visible results.

If I could give them an A+ I would. They did a spectacular job and everything looks beautiful . Daryl Madden gave an estimate within 24 hours of my contacting his company. The price was very reasonable and today he even noticed something else that needed to be done that wasn't on the estimate, but included it free of charge. He promised the work would be done this week and he and his crew were here today (Monday). I need to put this company on speed dial for spring clean-up, mulching planting, etc. I will definitely be using this company again.

I would recommend this company. Darryl came over in person and gave me an estimate. He stayed true to the estimate. And his team did a great job. Everything looks very nice. The only issue some people may have is that he is a realist. What I mean by that is, he won't tell you a week in advance "I'll be there next Thursday at 9 am." He knows that projects sometimes are done early and sometimes run late, and so he'll give you a window of time, and he'll come within that window. The window could be a few days. If you're OK with that (and I was) then you'll be happy with his services.

$40 to cut the grass once a week and trim the beds every other week. There are a lot of curving beds as the entire i/2 acre is landscaped. Also, $125 to cut back ornamental grasses, remove a ninebark and trim a liriope area.

They were excellent. Will definitely use in the future and would recommend without hesitation.

The crew reported on the scheduled date and worked ambitiously taking care of every detail agreed to. It was not possible to complete all of the work in one day due to the extensive labor needed to install the french drain. The crew reported back the next day, completed every detail of the job to our satisfaction. The sod was carefully restored after the french drain was completed. We are very happy with the results.

We contacted Madden for spreading mulch and cleaning gutters. It took nearly a week to get prices, but then I learned that he had visited the wrong address for pricing the gutters (which resulted in a price increase). The weeds were taking over, so I added weeding to the work to be done and got a price. Then I learned he did not include two beds in his pricing. We had an appointment to meet to confirm the work to be done and the quality of the mulch. After waiting all afternoon, he called to say he could not make it and would call back in a few minutes with a time to meet. After not hearing from him, I emailed him two days later to say I was going with another company.

They are very honest and the job went well. We had a good experience there and the prices are affordable.

Granted the grass had gotten out of hand. Madden said he would come and give estimate but 3 days later I called and asked what happened. HE TEXTED ME BACK AND SAID HE CAME BUT I WAS OUTSIDE OF HIS AREA AND TURNED DOWN THE JOB. He would have known on a map if I was out of his area before he came, and if he did come, why didn't he call me? And why a text? I am now not sure of approximate date of contact...sorry. I was so disappointed.

The experience was good and they did the job they said they would do. We thought it was reasonably priced and they did a good job. We have had them come out twice and we arranged the second time after the first time. We told them when the township would be coming to pick up the leaves and they put the leaves right where they needed to go. They were reliable and responsive.

The team is very meticulous and professional

Everything was done in a timely and professional manner. When I wanted a few bushes trimmed more, it was done without any question. The property was left looking gorgeous and I asked him to remember to come back for Spring clean up. I will definitely use him again for every seasonal clean up. He and his crew does an excellent job for a very reasonable price.

Every two weeks without fail this company cuts and edges my lawn. When asked they trimmed the bushes also for a fair price. I would not hesitate in recommending them and will definitely use them in the future.

Over the course of two days, two or three men worked for hours to remove bushes, trim plants, pull weeds, mow the lawn and give our property a buzz cut. It looks beautiful and makes our lawn look as if it's low maintenance (it's not). I can't believe how much time was spent for such a great price. I would highly recommend him to friends.
