First off, I needed an inspection on my new home just prior to the expiration of my one year workmanship warranty with the builder. Josh (owner) provided me with a thorough report of several issues that I would not have discovered on my own as some of them were on the roof, some were in crawl spaces, and some were simply my lack of knowledge in terms of whether or not something was done correctly (workmanship, code, etc.). I am now in a better position to go back to the builder and get the issues Josh uncovered and documented in his report fixed now vs. me having to pay to get them fixed at some later date - at my expense. Josh was very professional, knowledgeable, and punctual. I would say he exceeded my expectations.

It went very well. He explained what he was going to do and went about it in a timely manner.

Joshua completed a home inspection on a townhouse I am under contract to purchase. Joshua arrived on time and was very friendly and professional. He took his time and explained everything as we went through the property. He was very knowledgeable and helpful with suggestions. His written report was detailed and easy to read and understand. I am very happy with his services and would absolutely use him again.

Provider performed all duties as contracted. Set up the inspection in a timely manner, showed up on time, performed all inspection items as described in the contract and explained them when finished. Was professional throughout and easy to work with. Would use again.

Josh went in and inspected a house that I am in the process of buying. I knew the roof was getting old but I did not know that it had two layers. Josh found very detailed items that I am very grateful for. The plumbing was leaking, the electrical was not working in certain outlets. The trim on the outside of the some doors of the house were missing. The first winter we would have figure it out but it would have been cold and pricey and with a new baby this would not have been good. He was thorough, good and we wer vey impressed with his skills and work ethic.

Exceptional! Josh was very thorough and had a detailed report prepared by the next day. In addition, he pointed out and explained issues with the house I made an offer on so that I would understand more about potential issues. He was able to arrange the inspection quickly after I called him and has been amazingly helpful when I called with questions about the inspection. His inspection allowed me to negotiate key repairs with the seller before finalizing the purchase. I have recommended Josh to all my friends and would happily work with him again in the future.

Josh Showed up a few minutes early and went straight to work. After I arrived he briefed me on his findings to that point. We walk through the house together to complete the inspection. During the inspection Josh would point out concerns and problems, also telling me why it's and not just that it was. He was very was very generous with his time answering all my question, never rushing me along. A very detailed report with pictures, arrows and comments was emailed to me that day.
