Description of Work: They identified that the damage to our shrubs was being caused by Voles. They inspected the entire property, and all the shrubbery and trees. They found the best places to apply the vole repellent, did so, and then came back for another inspection. Their treatment worked, as we lost no more shrubs (even of the same variety that had been lost.) Further, they taught us how to look for new evidence of vole activity so that we could avoid a repeat incident. e have not had any additional vole or other rodent damage on our property.

We are confused as to why you gave us a negative review when you never allowed us the opportunity to provide service. We explained our service and pricing to you on the phone as we do for everyone who calls us. You agreed to have us come inspect some large holes that had appeared in the yard of your property and possibly set traps. Everything seemed fine but then you called back to cancel with no explanation. We never had the opportunity to provide service to you. Why the negative review?
