Critter Control came out about 3 times - - for the consult, to install a one way door for the bats for when they were ready to leave us, and then removing the one way door once all the critters left. They were prompt, courteous, brought their own equipment - ladders, etc., and they handled the problem humanely. (Bats are a protected species, especially during mating season)

Critter Control management and staff are very personable, polite and professional. They are knowledgeable about wildlife and explain services and pricing thoroughly. I have used Humphryrey's in the past and found that since they contract their services to independent providers, the service is very poor. I called one time to explain a problem and the person who answered said "I don't provide that service" and hung up on me. Critter Control personnel are easy to contact, arrive on time and care!!

We called a few animal removal companies and no one called us back except Critter Control. Over the phone the gentleman fully explained what would happen and was efficient at taking all of my information without an error and me having to repeat myself a bunch. The gentleman (Patrick) who came out was very nice and knowledgeable. He took the time to walk the property and look at all areas of our grassy area and deck trying to determine what animal we were hearing so he could get the right size trap and bait. Made sure we had his cell number so he could get to the animal in a safe amount of time in the heat. Checked back in occasionally to make sure we were checking the trap and to replace the bait. Returned the day an animal was in there for removal. Also spoke to us about ways to prevent animals from under the deck, and if we were not getting the deck redone they could have installed that for us as well.

It went very well. I was satisfied with everything.

I used them many years ago before I was a member of Angie's List and it went well. It was a reasonable price yet they had to do a lot of work. The squirrels got back in but that may not reflect on the work.

It should be a little bit cheaper because all they did was take it out of the yard and get rid of it. We caught it ourselves but we didn't want to take the chance to get rid of it ourselves. They came out right away. They were very professional, the guy was really nice. I think we've used them in the past, quite a few years ago.

He did not wear any protective shoe cover ups, did not cover the area near the fireplace (have beige carpet there) where he was working, and his ladder outside was slightly swaying. He went out to grab it and in the process touched by off white drapes thus having the sot and dirt on them. I was not a happy camper. Luckily, my husband got 90% out and hopes to get the rest out. He did not give us any itemized bill. Just a total I believe which my husband wrote a check for.

It turned out fine. We have no more critters. They charge every time they have to come out. It probably ended up costing a couple of thousand dollars. They did what they needed to do. We really didn't price around.

They did a good try but the squirrels were smarter than Critter Control. They charged for the original visit - that was one squirrel free. After that, it was $125 per squirrel that they caught in their traps, which they then, in my opinion, took down the hill and let go because they were all back. But, they claimed they take them five miles away and let them go. There's no way to verify that. We had them do some metal work trying to close in the gap between the roof and the walls. I guess, that helped because last time my normal exterminator was here, they said there were no bats. I guess, if they kept the bats out, we're doing good.

They were fine. They were reputable and responsive. They did what they said they were going to do. It took some time, but they were good. The services they provided ended up taking more time and more money than I originally anticipated. Because bats are an endangered species, they couldn't just catch it and kill it. They had to lure it outside by creating a pathway for the bat to leave the property and then seal up the house. But they did a good job. It went fine. Everything was great. I had no complaints. The guy was really nice.

They came out over the summer and did a fine job. They were able to, I think, assess what our problem was at the time and did some good work around here. I was pleased with him. It took a little longer than I anticipated, but I think that was due to the nature of the problem rather than any delay. We were quite pleased. They were a little expensive. The quality of the work was fine and we have had no recurrence of the central problem. It was a bit more than I wanted to spend. They did a fine job. We made the appointment one week and they were able to come out the next. They were very responsive and were easy to get through to. They were very personable on the phone and were able to talk through what happened. They let us know what they could do when they came out. They were right on target with their punctuality. There was more work that needed to be done than we thought. The technician was fine; he came in and did his whole assessment. If I had a serious problem I would call them again.

WORK WAS PERFORMED BY A VERY POLITE AND KNOWLEDGEABLE TECHNICIAN, TERRY. VERY NEAT. THE SURROUNDING AREA WAS DUG UP AND REPLACED LOOKING BETTER THAN EVER. OFFICE STAFF, ANNA, ALSO EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND RESPONSIVE. NO MORE GROUNDHOGS TAKING UP RESIDENCE BENEATH MY SHED.

EXPERIENCE WAS VERY POSITIVE. ALTHOUGH THE PRICE WAS HIGH, THE RESULT WAS POSITIVE. I HAVEN'T HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH THE WOODPECKER. HE STILL LIVES IN THE COMMUNITY, BUT ISN'T NESTING IN MY HOME OR ANY OTHERS.
