Description of Work: They identified and removed the flying squirrels in my attic. |They sealed holes where they entered and installed a one-way exit path so that the squirrels could not return once they went out to forage. After about a week the exit was removed and I haven't had a problem since.

We are confused as to why you gave us a negative review when you never allowed us the opportunity to provide service. We explained our service and pricing to you on the phone as we do for everyone who calls us. You agreed to have us come inspect some large holes that had appeared in the yard of your property and possibly set traps. Everything seemed fine but then you called back to cancel with no explanation. We never had the opportunity to provide service to you. Why the negative review?

Description of Work: I only use them when I call them. They do squirrels and creatures other than bugs. I have had them out about 6 times in about 15 years. I have lots of trees in my area. They have been responsive to every request. They are also very good at educating me as the customer.
