Richard came out promptly on our planned meeting time. He was courteous and had many ideas about our project. My wife and I decided two get three estimates and narrowed it down to two. It was a tough decision we had to make in choosing between the two. We couldn't have done it without the help from the flip of a coin. It helped us, but Richard lost the flip. I told him we will definitely call him when we remodel our kitchen. A+

We are very happy with the tile work. He met us several times at the tile supplier, in order to assist us in our purchase. He even picked up the materials. After closing on the job, the tile over the original shower drain started to give way and Rick promptly came to bolster the floor and relay the tile. We are happy with the end result.

He never showed up!

I can't say enough good things about Rick and his helper Nate. Rick spent so much time with us regarding the design and choice of materials for the bathrooms. He accompanied us to chose tile, fixtures, toilets, etc. He let us know what to expect and what time he would arrive each day and completed the jobs on time and within the budget. He is completely trustworthy. My husband and I both work and on days that neither of us were home, we gave Rick a key and he came and did his work and locked up the house when he was finished for the day. He went above and beyond for us. On the day he arrived to start remodeling the bathrooms, we were informed by the county water district that our water line, which runs from the house to the street, had a major leak and needed immediate repair. Since the leak was on our side of the property and not county property, we were responsible for the repair costs. He recommended Vince Volkman from All Right Plumbing and Heating who came right away to replace the cracked water line at a very reasonable price.

Oustanding! Rick was professional, punctual, and affordable. Quality of craftmanship was amazing. Entire bathroom was completed very fast. Would highly recommend him.

I would recommend this company to anyone who needs home improvement work done in their home. I felt as though I was not pressured in anyway to spend more money and felt as though the company was fairly priced. The workers provided me with a clean working environment and prompt services. They were on time and did not fiddle around. The craftsmanship they put into this project was impeccable. I just can't say enough about this company. I love my new bathroom!
