Description of Work: Plumber replaced pop-up assembly in sink, replaced washers in kitchen sink, and installed toilet seat. I paid for replacement parts and the plumber supplied 2 hours of labor for installations and/or repairs. All work was DONE RIGHT. Very good company and the plumber was excellent. I will definitely use them again.

Description of Work: I had my bathroom toilet handle replaced. The kitchen sink, faucet and garbage disposal replaced. Central Plumbing did an excellent job. I was very pleased. Mark Sobon was the person who came to the house. He was very friendly and professional. He covered his shoes so he would not dirty the rugs. Which I thought was very considerate of him. He also complete the job in less than two hours. I would use him again and would highly recommend him.

Delivery and installation were on time and performed in a truly professional manner. A few weeks after the installation I received a handwritten note thanking me for my business and enclosing a calling card offering a discount if I use them again. Needless to say this was thoughtful and good business. Having been satisfied with the whole encounter, I most certainly will use them again.

Description of Work: My kitchen faucet was replaced by Central Plumbing. Mark did an excellent job. He arrived on time, covered his shoes and went right to work. He was very professional. I am extremely pleased with the work that was done.

Description of Work: Bought the deal for 2 hours of plumbing services for 99.00 and viper toilet installation for 199.00. For the plumbing services, he removed an old kitchen radiator, removed the bathroom vanity and repaired a break in the drain pipe going into the wall. I bought 2 toilet installation deals and both were installed. Because the toilet in the basement e Had been previously installed on a four inch piece of lumber ( why I don't know), there was an additional charge due to needing extra pipe to reach the connection.

Description of Work: I purchased two Viper toilets. They were just installed in my home. Quality of the toilet is excellent. Service people were excellent from start to finish. It was a great deal.

Description of Work: We had a toilet installed, and 2 new faucets installed and a leak from one of the faucets they installed. They had to come back 3 times,because everything that was done had to be corrected in some way.. The toilet they installed, the lid on the tank didn't fit, the faucet they installed, leaked water on my wood floors, the other faucet, the stopper didn't work, they had to come back, etc. It took them about four weeks to correct everything. We had to wait a week at a time for them to call back. I gave them my code number when I paid Angies list the $99.00 upfront and they still had problems with charging me the correct amount. It took about a week again to straighten out the cost. It was not a good experience. The only thing really positive I can say is they are very nice people. I would be afraid to use them again. I didn't write until now because I don't like to say negative things about people but I know its for the best to be honest. Maybe we just had bad luck. If you need a better date of service please e-mail me. We just wanted to forget about the experience, Again, they are very nice people. I hope this helps them for the future. They need to be prompt when returning calls, I waited a week at a time for the plumber to call me. Maybe it would be wise to double check the work before they leave. I think that one person alone should write up the paperwork, along with prices and explanations of what took place so there would be no confusion when its time to pay the bill. Thank you

Description of Work: I had purchased two hours of professional plumbing through an online deal. Two people came and hooked up my icemaker to the plumbing as I requested. It's a bummer that it didn't take nearly two hours, but that's my fault for not having more lined up in advance.

They removed a broken InSinkerator, replaced same, installed new flush arms on 2 toilets, replaced the inner workings of 1 toilet and replaced the "flappers" on 3 toilets. All work was completed, the areas cleaned up and the gentlemen were gone in 1 hour and 45 minutes. Pleased with the work and courtesy of workers.
