We were extremely pleased with them. They did a really super job for us. They even put in some extra valves and things, that weren't part of the contract. They just did the most incredible job. They went above and beyond. They added stuff to the job that wasn't in the contract. They replaced some old valves that they wasn't supposed to replace, but the guy just said he didn't feel good about leaving the job with old valves on it. He did that for free. He added some piping and some valves because he didn't like what he was looking at.

I had problems with that actually. I asked him to repair and replace a leaky faucet and we still had a leaky faucet at the end. He forgot to get a washer. I thought that was a little odd. I handle a lot of things on my own so I just took care of the problem. On that particular experience, if you're not handy then you may have them come back. I still had a leaky faucet.

They delivered the one boiler and followed me to get the white on in. Their customer service follow-up is terrible. They kept changing the time.

I purchased an Angie's List deal for $99 for 2 hours of plumbing service. One of the owners of the company came out to do the work w a helper. When I made the appointment I described in detail the work I wanted done and what materials would be needed. The plumber did not have enough 1-1/2" drain pipe so he charged me an additional hour of labor for his travel time to go back to his warehouse to get about 4'-0" more of pipe. There is a plumbing store less than 5 min from my house. When I asked him why he did not go nearby he stated that "their prices were too hi". I do not believe the owner of the company treated me right by charging me more for his travel time to retrieve common materials. Considering the fact that it would have been cheaper to take only :10 min to go get the material close by and change a bit more for the material cost difference ILO 1:00 hour of "labor" to drive to & from his warehouse which is actually on :15 away. I have used this same company before and had good results with the other plumbers that work for the company. However, this experience turned me off from using them again. Incidentally, I am submitting this review years later because I have realized today it was only saved as a draft in my account and had not been submitted previously.

Everything was perfect! Thanks to Angie's List, I found an exceptional plumbing company that I use repeatedly and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. They completed all of the work a timely manner, wore shoe protectors to keep the house clean, cleaned up after they were done, and were super professional and courteous while here. They were very receptive to my questions and provided straight forward answers and did an excellent job. It was easy to schedule service and they arrived on time. I am very pleased with them and would recommend them.

It was fine. It’s nothing not worthy one way or another.

They were good. They were offering a special toilet to be installed. I bought that and they were very efficient.

Ryan was very kind and professional. He worked within my existing budgetary constraints and went above and beyond to ensure satisfaction of services.

It was very good. I am very happy with them. They are very professional. Their prices are high but they deliver on everything. I have purchased 2 deals with them before. I have a service contract with them and the service fee is waived when they do the yearly check-up

It was a Big Deal purchase. They were excellent. The men were very good. They covered their shoes. When people walk into my home and they step on my wood floors, it is very important that they cover their shoes. I probably would use them again.

I really like them. I started with a heating service agreement, and now I also have a plumbing service agreement with them. Mike, the owner is a great guy to deal with, he has great customer service, and they are very professional. The guys are very nice, and knowledgeable.

This provider charged me for a deal, but then it took several weeks to get in contact with them, when they told me I was out of their service area. Then it took a few more weeks to get a refund.

He came to my house and gave me a estimate.

They are very prompt. They are very good at what they do.

Arrived on time as promised and the job was completed to satisfaction. No complaints.

They were very polite and very professional. They were reassuring and really knew what they were doing. They came first to confirm that I didn't have frozen pipes like the water company had diagnosed. After everything was figured out, they did some work on my boiler. They gave me the confidence of knowing that my pipes were not frozen to deal with the water company. I thought their emergency fees were very reasonable.

The service went great and I had no problems with the service. I even hired them back for another job. I had them install new shut off valves for the sinks. Two technicians came out for the job and completed the service within the 2 hour time frame. They were local and did nice work. I had no problem scheduling the deal.

The first time they came (February 2013), they installed vents that were far too large for my home. They came out and replaced these with smaller vents. When we tried to run the air, we noticed the air flow was not even. They came back out and found out that the vents were not attached correctly. These problems have continued. They have been out 5 more times. The problems persist and there is no sign of the company resolving them. They will not even return my phone calls at this point. Updated: 6/28/13 They came out and corrected the issue and showed me where the problems were with other contractors. A few months later we found out we had mold wrapped around the coil. Someone came out today and said we have a leak but the company is not honoring the warranty on the unit.

When the plumber arrived, he refused to do the work citing that drain cleaning wasn't part of the deal and that he hadn't received the necessary inoculations for cleaning drains. This was frustrating because there were no explicit exclusions in the deal, and I clearly explained to the scheduler of the work that I wanted to have two drains cleared. What's more is the company sent additional technicians who said the very same thing to me.

The service turned out fine. He was very professional and I was satisfied with the service. He got the job done in less than one hour and I would hire them again. They responded quickly and there was no delay in setting up the appointment and they came right out.

They're very good. They come out when they said they were going to come out and they usually fix the problem. They are very pleasant and not expensive. They are efficient and economical.

The service was fast and professional. The faucet has been working fine since the replacement and I have since had this provider back for other work on the property.

The project was supposed to have been finished in three days, but it actually took five months to complete. They didn't tell me that the ductwork going through the dining room and my son's bedroom would be exposed, they mistakenly disconnected my doorbell and my Internet cable, and they left a hole in my roof's soffit. There were several other issues that arose during the installation such as creating a hole in one of my living room's walls. They did address these issues when I brought it to their attention the first time, but I had gone through such frustrations with them that I didn't push them to do as much as they should have. As an example, they merely patched the hole in the living room but didn't bother to paint over the repairs. Additionally, certain parts of the house aren't receiving enough airflow due to poor ductwork, the air conditioner is using more energy than it actually should, and the ventilation is running at times when it shouldn't be. At this time, the company is telling me that I have to pay for any additional work they do to resolve these problems since it has been one year since the work was completed. Furthermore, I had issues with one of the men working on the project. I asked that he avoid playing country music in the house because I'm not a fan of it, and he said he would stop playing it if I didn't play my music. I found this to be disrespectful and unprofessional since it's my house, but I didn't want to rock the boat because he seemed to be the only who knew what he was doing. The workers also showed up consistently later than scheduled during the project, and the lady in the office was a bit gruff and disrespectful when I called to ascertain when I should expect them to be out. She gave me a time, and I asked if she was referring to a window period or if the men would be at the house at that time specifically. She then stated not to make a big fuss of things and that I should have realized that she was giving me a timeframe as opposed to a specific arrival time.

The system they installed is faulty. It doesn't perform the way I was promised it was supposed to perform. It was supposed to save me money but it is actually costing me more money. I was told that the duct work installed was sufficient to cool the home but it is not, and that their would be a return and supply in each room and it is not. I feel taken advantage of and lied to. I would not recommend this company.
