I would highly recommend this company hands down! They are friendly, punctual, careful, knowledgeable, professional and do excellent work. They are respectful and wear shoe covers to avoid getting your home dirty. They clean up when they are done and they are fast and efficient. Most importantly, they are good people ... compassionate and understanding and they are willing to work with you. While they certainly want to make money (every business is in business to make money) they don't try to nickel and dime you to death. They give you options for the good better and best products and work within your budget. I cannot say enough about how wonderful this company is and I have printed their information and put it on my refrigerator and in my phone in case I need them again. I paid $99 for the in home plumbing projects and I supplied all of the materials. This saved me a lot of money based on what other companies were charging for the same service and I know the job was done well. Young men who provide old time service - very impressive!!!!

I purchased Central Plumbing?s $199 Big Deal for a Gerber Viper toilet, and opted to pay $20 more for the elongated bowl. A representative called me back to schedule an appointment. She indicated that there would be a wait for that particular toilet, but that I could have a Mansfield one immediately. She assured me that the Mansfield was equal in quality to the Gerber. It sounded like a possible bait-and-switch to me, so I told her I would get back to her with my decision. I did some research and concluded that Mansfield toilets were not as highly rated as Gerber?s. As a result, I called back and told her I would wait until the Gerber toilet was in stock. A few weeks later, the representative called back and we scheduled an appointment for the installation. The day of the appointment, the installer called to indicate that he had just discovered that the toilet he had on his truck was ?bone? in color, and that he was going to go back to the warehouse to get a ?white? one and would be delayed. He arrived late in the afternoon, removed the old toilet, and installed the new one within an hour, which seemed very quick to me. I visually inspected the toilet, initially saw nothing wrong, and paid him the $20 for the elongated bowl. After he left, my wife and I began to notice a number of problems. First, and foremost, it appeared that the toilet was the bone one he originally had on the truck, not the white one indicated in the Big Deal. We noticed this when comparing the color of the toilet seat (incidentally, a very cheap one) to the color of the toilet bowl. Second, the tank and the bowl had not been properly tightened together, so when one sat on the toilet the tank ?rocked?. Third, the flexible tube that connects the tank to the fill pipe was too long and as a result stuck out on the side in a way it should not have. All in all, I was left with the impression that the technician had installed what he had on the truck as quickly as he could, and was more concerned with getting in and out quickly than with customer satisfaction. I probably should have called to complain and to demand a white toilet, but was not up for what I was sure would be a hassle. Instead, I opted to bring in my regular plumber to make the repairs and decided to live with the off-white color. Although the toilet itself functions perfectly well, the installation experience left a bad taste in my mouth and I will not use Central Plumbing again.

They arrived on time did the inspection and cleaning and were done in know time.

Very positive. I had actually bought materials to be used by the contractors when they arrived. Unfortunately, the parts supplied did not work and they offered to go out and purchase the correct parts at a very minimum cost. The two contractors were great and I would definately use again.

Central was very responsive, prompt and professional. They arrived at the specified time, were very careful of the house and furnishings as they removed the old water heater and installed the new one. I requested the heater be relocated about two feet from the current location and they accommodated this request quickly and at a very reasonable price. The entire job took about an hour, and when they left the area was spotless. The workers were friendly, courteous and very efficient. I would not hesitate to use their service again nor would I hesitate to recommend them to others

I bought the Big Deal for $99 for 2 hours of plumbing work. I wanted my outdoor patio drained to be cleaned and serviced as well as my tub drain. When I called I was told that the deal did not cover drain servicing or cleaning, even though one would generally consider those "plumbing" services!! However they were friendly and prompt in processing a refund for my Big Deal purchase. I went with a local recommended plumber instead.

The overall work was done in a timely manner. The work was completed in one and a half hour. The plumber call me before the appointment time to see if he could come in half an hour earlier then the appointment time of 10:00am. The work was moved earlier to 9:30am. The plumber in and removed the old toilet in less than half an hour. He prepared the area for the new toilet and installed it. The job was completed and the new toilet work as promised. I purchased two upgrade for the new toilet (wider opening and better seat).

The guys were great - arrived on time, did what they said they would do when they said they would do it, at the right price. Highly recommend them again.

I finally broke down and took the initiatve and bought the $99 for $200 worth of plumbing from Central Plumbing. I was worried that it would be a major expense, so I bought this hoping I wouldn't go over the $200. I talked to the office when I set up the appointment and I told them my concerns on the cost, but I was assured that they would do their best to do the work in the most cost effective way possible. I'd have to say that $99 was probably more than I needed to pay since the two gentlemen who showed up (one was young...more of a helper really) resolved the issue in a matter of a few minutes. Apparently the faucet had a gasket that is suppoed to save water and therefore prevents the water from flowing like it should. They were really nice about it, and showed me exactly what they did and pointed out what to do if we bought a new faucet and had the same issue. The faucet now has great pressure and I get hot water within a matter of seconds. I would recommend these guys and would use them again. They asked if there was anything else that I needed to have done since I think they too felt that I wasn't getting my money's worth, but it wasn't their fault at all. They were also punctual (actually a little early).

Once I purchased the Big Deal for two hours of plumbing services for $99, Central Plumbing Heating and Air Conditioning called me right away to set up an appointment. They came out quickly and were on time, friendly, professional, and honest. All the work was done in the allotted time. Overall, I was very pleased and would definitely consider using them again.

Mike, Rita and the rest of the staff and workers at Central Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning were courteous, professional, thorough and responsive to their Angie's List deal and my calls. From the pre-work walk through with Mike to the after-work call back to light the hot water heater (a gas furnace was installed), they were always responsive to my needs. I had to get additional electrical work done to connect the gas furnace to the circuit breaker box and other minor serving needs. Mke gave me a good rate on that work as well. Wonderful disposition (and removed all debris). Would and will definitely use this business again.

Only one toilet could be installed so they took it back. Very pleased with the toilet and with the company and their staff. Very professional, very easy to work with.

Everything went very well, they arrived on time and installed shut-off valves in my bathroom sink.

Bought a big deal and had a hard time getting a hold of this company so ended up asking for a refund of the big deal, which was a straightforward process.
