Servicer came early, asked about what work needed to get done, estimated how much of it would be completed in the allotted time, and completed the work. He cleaned up after himself and even went above an beyond to provide good service.

I was satisfied with the initial part of the big deal. I had additional work that I wanted done and they charged me more for it. They did try to charge me more than they should have. I felt that they were way expensive.

Everything fine. Didn't have any service performed and didn't go with service.

I purchased an offer from Angie's List to have my outdoor facucet replaced. My old one was leaking and corroded. Central plumbing came out and installed it quickly and it looks nice, works great. My only issue was the plumber left space betweent the pipe and my wall so the faucet wiggled some when turning off and on. The hole also would have been a way for critters and air to get into the home. I just filled it up with some expanding insulation in a can and it works perfect now. I do think he should have suggested or done that himself. Other then that he was nice enough, did his work quickly and explained what he was doing.

Purchased a two hour special for $99 and paid for the replacement parts. The plumber, Ryan, was finished in one hour. Prompt, polite, efficient... who could ask for more. This is my favorite plumber and have used them even without a special.

He charged me almost $300.00 more and said that it would take up to 3 hours to complete the work, although I did some research and it was supposed to take less than an hour. They broke off contact with me and I don't believe they will respond even after attempted to reach them multiple times.

When they left the drain was still a little bit sluggish, but it ultimately cleared it with running water. They sent two guys who were very nice to work with. I felt price was fair.

They did a really good job. They did what they said they were going to do and it all went smoothly. I purchased additional services from them including for some other plumbing issues. I've had no problems since and they were exactly on-time.

It wasn't a good deal - it was a bait & switch. They sent a couple of kids, and could have fixed the problem for what I'd paid in advance. They tried to charge me an additional $700 to do the fix. I got a refund from Angie's List didn't use them.

It went great. They were easy to get scheduled and they were prompt in coming out to do the work. It was a great toilet and a great installation. It was a good experience all around. When I looked at that same toilet in a hardware store, it was $150. It's a bit less but with the installation, it's $50. If I would have gone and bought it at the hardware store, I guarantee that I would have screwed that up. For me, $50 to have a great toilet installed, it was a no-brainer. They were built in with the work that they did. They worked quickly but not too quickly. They were very polite. When I called to get them scheduled, they were very responsive as far as responding to the questions and getting us scheduled.

It went very well. They were willing to answer my questions. One question I asked was if I should have the humidifier replaced and they indicated it wasn?t needed at the time. I felt they were honest with this answer. I couldn?t have asked anything more. Their price was much less than others. They cleaned up everything and installation was fine.

ASKED FOR A BETTER PRICE OR AT LEAST A BREAK DOWN OF THE COST...COULDN'T DO IT OR WOULDN'T. USED SOMEONE ELSE FOR $100 LESS.

I paid over $100 an hour for this service - - wasn't worth it. Gentleman was polite and knew what he was doing. Still not worth it. I purchased a Big Deal, 2 hours for $99 but was late cashing it in. I was told Deal would still be honored. The labor cost was enormous and when I questioned it I found that the $99 was simply subtracted from the bill - - I misunderstood? - - the Deal wasn't honored. I ended up paying $235 to switch up the thermostat box. Next time I'll double check the Big Deal prior to allowing work to begin.

Super prompt service. Exceptionally clean servicemen. Area looked better when they left than it looked when they arrived. One of the best service calls I ever had. No it was the best.

The plumber came on time who was very friendly, professional and easy to talk to. We discussed what needed to be done. It took him about 30-40minutes to fix the toilet. He also answered all my questions about the toilet and the heat radiator. He educated us on what to do in the future. The total job took an hour and a half and all we paid extra was the parts needed for the toilet which was 25 bucks. We also inquired about removing radiators and he gave us an estimate right then and there.

He was on time, courteous and efficient. He did a good job of cleaning up after the work was done.

It was fine. They were in and out. I had no problems at all.

Job was done to my satisfaction. He was on time, got the job done, and place was clean when he left. I would highly recommend these people.

I had called this company to come out to install a new bathroom vanity that I had already purchased. There were very nice when they came out, but they wanted $900 to do the job, which seemed really high to me since the plumbing was already there and I just needed the old vanity replaced. I was happy that he didn't charge me for a service call though.

I contacted Central Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning through an Angie's List offer. It was an offering a back-up pump. They came in and they installed the pump and this is is January of 2013. There were several issues that came up afterward like the pump will come on when it wasn't necessary and what this uses is the municipal water supply so I was losing water. I called them and then I wouldn't hear anything for a week. I called them again and finally somebody would answered my call and answer whatever questions I had. Then finally, the last call I made was in the past December because the problem needs to be fixed, it was still turning on arbitrarily. Their customer service is terrible and it was the owner. I called and asked to speak to the owner and she said "that's who you were speaking to." They have my sympathy because I called him the last time in December and he has yet to call me back. The $1,099 was for the installation, they also charged me $580 to do the surrounding work. For what they did, the pricing wasn't bad. The quality of work is questionable. They were here on time. The people that actually did the work was fine, it was just that the owner. I will absolutely not use them again.

I had them come out to get a second evaluation. The first guys who came out said that a bunch of work needed to be done and that it would cost hundreds of dollars. This company didn't over quote me, they just fixed the problem by tightening some loose parts.

The first issue was that when the bathroom was finished, they never contacted the inspector to do the final inspection. They did not even communicate with me to set that up. They installed the shower door and it didn't look right, I told him that and he said oh no, it's not finished. Some more guys came out and no one fixed the door. They called the guy and he said no, it's finished. Then they told me the door was too short and that it was my job to get it cut because they did not cut glass so they just left it. They should have told me that and I could have done it. They installed a door that was too short. There was a piece that I think they did not put in right because it was adjustable and there was a piece left over. They also installed the faucet wrong, the faucet came off and they told me there was a screw missing. They told me it was whoever I bought the faucets from fault, I went back to Lowe's. It is not pre assembled it was in a screw pack, they should have assembled it themselves. It was just another situation where they did not do something right, and they tried to make it my fault. I fixed that problem myself.

It took a few tries because the first plumber they sent out didn't know how to repair Hans grohe fixtures but by third visit it was fixed correctly.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. They were very good. They were business-like. They left me some cards but they didn't try to oversell me. I didn't spend any additional. It was kind of what you see is what you get. They did everything right. The price was decent. It was a very simple thing to fix and it works. I haven't used them for anything more difficult. They came when they said. I left his cards in my waiting room.

The repair that was completed was fine. We also got quotes relating to a few other plumbing related issues and decided not to have the work done because the cost estimates seemed too high.
