They came at the appointed day and time; took out the old defective toilet and installed the new one. They took the old one away and left the powder room in at least excellent condition. I was very pleased with this service.

I purchased The Big Deal from Angie's List for 2 hours of plumbing. My bathroom sink was not draining because the drain assembly was broken and disconnected from the rod that should have been lifting the plug. Central Plumbing Heating and Air Conditioning was able to send out a repairman (Ryan) within two hours of my request. The repairman arrived on time and understood the problem, what needed to be done, and did the work in one hour. As there was one hour remaining for the coupon purchase, I asked him to see if he could fix the faucet on the kitchen sink which wobbles when water is turned on or off. Unfortunately, the design of the faucet and the limited space where the supply lines are housed prevented access to the nut that needed tightening. This wasn't a fault of the initial installer or the repairman, but a fault in the design of the faucet. The repairman explained the situation. I then suggested that the tubing to my washing machine might need to be replaced, as it hadn't been since I moved in to the house seven years ago. (I'd heard that this needs to be replaced every half a dozen years. As it turned out, that's true only for rubber tubing, not steel-encased which mine is. Throughout his visit, the repairman was courteous, helpful, and professional. This company provided all-round excellent service.

I used Angies's list special to have my outdoor hose faucet replaced. Service person showed up on time and preformed the service without an issue. I am pleased with the service.

Mike showed up as scheduled -- installers showed up as scheduled, but the job did take a little longer than expected, and they were unable to remove the old furnace (very heavy, very awkward spacing) on the day of the install. Since we had new tenants moving in, we arranged to have the old furnace removed for scrap for someone, even though Central did set up an appointment a week after the initial install to come out and get it out of the basement. Not their fault -- but Mike had seen the spacing before installation and I didn't expect only two workers to be available when it came time to remove the old behemouth.

No complaints with the overall outcome. I usually reserve giving 'A' to services that are flawless. But they arrived 2 hours early, there was a mixup of who was supposed to be there, and I smelled cigarette smoke from one of the crew. One of the crew called me on his personal cell to inform me of the change in plans, and because I did not recognize the number, I initially ignored the call. He had to call twice. (I would have preferred a call from Rita, my original contact, or a caller ID having their business name.) I was OK with the change of plans. I can't give an 'A'. But solid work, otherwise, including good advice on a replacement water heater. Friendly and dedicated people. Will keep them on my list. They were having a hectic day with change-ups, I am guessing. Wish I could give an "A-minus". Good deal through Angie's List.

The young man came out to give me an estimate and carefully explained the whole process of what they were doing. The house is very old and the parts to fix these pipes don't even exist anymore. They were very friendly and polite and I loved their attitude. They did a wonderful job and were very nice. They didn't even turn off the water. My basement looks awesome and after I used my shower there was not a drop of water there unlike what used to happen. I'm very pleased about how everything turned out. I have another job coming up that I may have to use them for, but it will be very expensive. They said they would work with me with payments, and also suggested to get estimates at other places which I thought was just amazing.

The plumber agreed to refund my purchase because the outdoor faucet being replaced would have been more complex than what they were trying to sell. I fully understand and thank him for his honesty and integrity.

Was a special for 2 hrs work for $149 toilet work was only 1 hour but willing to apply to another job. Plumber was prompt, professional and polite . installation went well. And removed old toiletand took away old toilet.

The company's scheduler was pleasant and efficient in setting up the appointment for service. The plumber arrived on time during the scheduled appointment window. The garbage disposal was not able to be repaired so the plumber installed a new garbage disposal that I had purchased in advance just in case it was needed. The plumber also repaired the dishwasher that was not draining properly. Service was provided in a professional manner.

After installing the bathroom sink, vanity and faucet he still had enough time to replace the toilet tank mechanicals. He was quick, professional and punctual.
