They came in and I showed them the marks from the leak in my kitchen. Then, they went upstairs and found the leak in 20 minutes or so. Not long after they had it fixed and charged me, what I found to be a fair price. Can't ask for anything more. I would definitely use these guys again. They even gave me a few tips on the best way to fix up the water marks in my kitchen.

2 workers came for 1 hour of service. Within 50 minutes, leak was fixed and new kitchen faucet was installed! I would definitely call them for future services.

Mike was very professional and treated my home with dignity. I had a coupon for 2 hours of labor. I had quite a list of things that needed to be done. Mike explained which things could be taken care of in 2 hours and which would take longer. He was very thorough in his explanation of the work and the cost.

The response to my call was very prompt and the technician was very qualified. I wanted tub faucets and drain replaced. The technician found that the pipe leading to the faucet was corroded and showed me. I wanted it taken care of right away and he was able to do that at the same time. I thought the pricing was very fair and was happy with the work.

All toilet installations went well. The tech showed up on time, and he was fast, courteous, and experienced -- even working around a hardwood floor installation at the time.

I bought a coupon on AL, and the company emailed me shortly after that. They sent two people. The guys were great. Two guys spent over an hour replacing a cracked soil pipe, and also inspected a couple other issues we were having. They left us with two reasonable quotes on some additional work that we are hoping to get done soon. These guys are highly recommended.

Mark and his assistant arrived on time and immediately went over the issues I had. showed them where and what I needed done, expecting that it would take longer and cost more than the "big deal" that I had purchased. They completed everything and a little extra in the allotted time. They were very clean and neat and also very professional. I will definitely use Central Plumbing & Heating in the future.

Overall, it went very well. Mark and Ryan (I think I got the names right!) arrived on time (was given a window between 8 a.m. and 9:30 a.m.) around 9 a.m. and were finished by 11 a.m. They had to open the wall up to get access to the old pump. They did so with so minimal repair afterwards. They made sure all pipes were secure and removed all debris. Will certainly keep their business card handy should we have other plumbing issues. They did a great job! Thank you! The price quoted above included $240 in coupon savings. That's why I gave the price an "A." We didn't do any research on these pumps. We just knew we had to have it replaced. I'm confident though that the price was fair. Most of all the service was excellent.

They went the extra yard. He made sure that the water heater was perfectly vertical and before it wasn’t. He didn’t have to do that and he fixed it.

Everything went great until I realized I had a problem with my sewer line! They were on time, communication was great, and the technician was excellent. When I called because my toilet overflowed on a Friday night, he was back Saturday morning to find out what was going on. Very responsive and very helpful!

Because the space is a small utility closet the guys had to cut out a panel wall to get to the water tank. They replaced the wall afterwards and if you don't know where to look you'd never see anything. What left a bad taste in my mouth was the fact that they did not install the water tank they advertised. I felt like I was taken with the old bait and switch routine. I specifically took this deal because the water tank advertised was American made, then they came with a different brand. Because I was occupied talking to the supervisor(?) about an estimate for another job, I didn't notice the switch until it was too late. I have absolutely no problem with the work they did and one year later I've had no problems with the tank.

They diagnosed the problem and repaired on the spot. They were quick, efficient, fairly priced, and cleaned up well when the job was completed.

I think the guy from Central Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning did an ok job. I paid for 2 hours of work and he maybe had 30 minutes of work and I had some other things that he said would take a lot longer than that, but he wouldn't apply the difference. He said that was a one-shot deal. It wasn't what I expected. I don't want to give bad grades - he was a nice enough guy and his work was good. I think these companies become overwhelmed with these Big Deals. They get too many and it is too little for what they do. So it winds up being self-defeating because they are coming out here and trying to meet their obligations hoping that you will use them again, but at the same time if it doesn't quite satisfy the customer it kind of leaves a bad taste in their mouth. But it isn't necessarily the fault of the service provider per se.

No problems. The only suggestion I would make is for the office to call the homeowner a day or two before the work is scheduled...just to confirm the appointment.

Install went relatively smoothly, couple of bumps in the road, but they were handled with utmost professionalism. Considering the space they had to work, I think they did great! Unit has been working wonderfully and I am looking forward to a nice cool house this summer that doesn't cost me as much as it used to. I would definitely use Central again and would recommend them to anyone.

They arrived at the time agreed and set right to work. Both were very courteous and professional yet friendly. When the first project was done they looked at the sink in question and while Chris was left to fix the drain problem, Mark took me on the water/sewer tour of my house showing me what was relevant to the projects I had proposed. I got everything I wanted from this 2 hour visit and would certainly use their services again

My ice cube maker was not functioning asked if he could repair it. The plumber checked all the connections verified it was hooked up properly and that is all he could do.

The guys at Central Plumbing Heating and Air Conditioning did a great job. They were on time, very nice people who knew their work. They took the time to show us what the problem was, explained the different options for repair and helped us make the best decision for the necessary work. They had to go out to get a part, but were back quickly and finished up right away. We even got a thank you note in the mail from the company, a first! We would definitely recommend them and use them again.

Free estimate, thanks for your help

I inquired with this company to see if they performed small repairs. My garbage disposal is not draining properly and believe it is a minor repair / part replacement. Central Plumbing advised me there would be a $29 fee just for them to travel to my home and provide an estimate. I am just starting my search for a plumber and chose Central based on the reviews but was a little surprised to learn I would have to pay $29 just to get an estimate.

Overall very good experience. Central reached out to me 2x once I had bought the service coupon. Finally connected and was able to make the appointment at a convenient time for me. Technician was prompt, polite and professional. Overall took less than 45 minutes to complete. I had several other things that I wanted them to look at and they were able to provide an estimate for future services.

It went acceptably. The work was done promptly , but it was a little pricey

On the original visit (in which other items were addressed), the plumber suggested replacing shower hardware (as opposed to installing completely new) which is available from a supply store. This visit (in which I requested the same rep) solved this issue, as well as fixing a couple leaks not previously addressed.

Showed up earlier than appointment time so nobody was ready to let him in. Quality of work was excellent. We paid for two hours of work, not quite sure we got it, but we are very satisfied overall.
